Reminds me of when I was a kid and my dad would spend sometimes 2 years building his planes. This is what I call Old School and its Excellent to see. Thanks Bud for sharing this.👍👍👍👍👍👍
Its great to see a plane being built the old school way. I can remember the days, weeks, months and in some cases the years when I did a lot of building. There were no ARF's and building was the only way. Nice job on the build video, glad to see someone who appreciates the art of doing a real build for others to see. I look forward to seeing future videos and the final product. Keep up the good work.
Hallo crazy Plane😊 Vielen Dank für Deine professionelle Tipps. Hilft echt beim bauen. Danke und mach weiter! Du machst ein Hammer Job. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland. I❤you
I building the 2,38 Christen Eagle. My manual says, that there should be a piece of the wing tube clued to the aluminum baldachin hole and sanded to fit. I think you should have to do it also to give a nice fit between upper wing and the aluminum part (called Baldachin in german).
@JustPlaneCrazy I will take the DLE111 3D V3 with Zimmermann mufflers. At first thougt I would use the DLE170 or DLE130 but Mr. Ulbricht from EMHW said, the 170 is way oversized. The 130 also. In his opinion a 100ccm sized motor is more than enough, so I chosed the DLE111
Looks like a beautiful kit! You really make detailed build vids! so cool!! I myself use Promodeler servos and think they are quality servos for the money! Thanks for sharing!

It will be about two years until it’s done. Def a slow process
Long builds are the best. So much satisfaction in seeing it in the air

It’s a Lowe’s Christmas Black Friday special $25 laser that sits on a camera tripod. They all use the same standard screw size

No vertical tail offset degrees to deal with motor torque / direction of rotation in place of left or right root on take off?
