To me reboot season 2 was the second worst season of the franchise, the only reason why it's above All-Stars is because it just seemed extremely incompetent and lazy, while All-Stars was actively malicious and pretty much done to spite the fandom. Even then, reboot season 2 was the most dissapointing by far. It was a huge shame that the reboot's first season proved the skeptical wrong, not only making a good season that can stand on it's own, but also subverting many TD cliches and taking a step forward in the show's formula to make something way more sincere, engaging, and mature. It really was an evolution and easily the best the franchise has to offer to this point. And then season 2 took to steps back to make the most bland, cliched, and half-baked thing you could expect from a TD season. It's everything the first season stood against, literally what the skeptical fans expected season 1 to be. It was better to either wait more time to produce something that really does it justice, or to not show It, instead of dropping such a mess I assume what happened probably was that since both seasons were produced at the same time, they polished season 1 a lot to reach the level of quality it had, and then barely had time to produce a second season (many of it's flaws are shared with Pahkitew Island, another season that was extremely rushed. But I prefer Pahkitew Island because it wasn't so absurdly rehashed and it didn't shit on already existing characters). But man, even assuming it was a time crunch problem, it still doesn't explain such a drop in quality.

I actually think the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are the best ones. But since The Rise series was airing during this time, you could’ve just had one of the Rise turtles be the final Portal Chaser. Better idea, have all the Portal Chasers be original characters who goes to Nickelodeon shows.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl and Nickelodeon Kart Racers’ issues is that they’re not “Nickelodeon” Crossovers. They’re “Nicktoons” Crossovers. If Gamemill wanted to make a celebration of Nickelodeon’s history, their Nickelodeon games would’ve included not just Nicktoons, but also characters from their live action shows, their Nick Jr properties, and even some obscure characters. But no, all they did is make you pretend Garfield & the 87 Ninja Turtles characters were always Nickelodeon characters when they never were.

In defense of Jojo Siwa’s inclusion, she was sorta a popular Nickelodeon star to kids during the Mid to late 2010s.

Actually, SpongeBob was a teenager in the show as he was born in 1986, meaning he was 13 by the time the show started. And Danny Fenton was a teenager in Danny Phantom, so SpongeBob & Danny being teens while Jimmy & Timmy were kids balances them out a bit.

I swear, the Paramount+ Mountain Commercials are better Nicktoons Unite games then these Chibi Ripoffs.

The best way I could think to describe HOI would be "All-ages Rick & Morty." Not just because it involves an introvert being thrust into wacky adventures, but because it officially has elements of sci-fi and an overarching narrative but all but seem to go out of its way to let everyone know it doesn't care for these elements and would rather not have them. And neither one of them handle it particularly well. Rick & Morty could possibly justify not having an overarching narrative, but their way of dealing with it is/was to just have Rick smash his face right up against the fourth window and make faces at the audience. Hailey's On It, in contrast, can't just wave away these elements because the whole point of them was to give their introvert character something to motivate them to actually do the things on the list. I agree that it's hardly a BAD show. But it's also a textbook example of how NOT to do something, and unfortunately, it's only for this that it has any real chance of being remembered after its cancellation.
