Recognize this home from Carolina custom homes the model is the Logan. Noticed a little thing missing from exterior and the dining room is deeper in this on. Something missing in this home is linen closet in second and third bedroom area and master bathroom that comes in the Logan. Otherwise same plan.
They do look alike. But this is Cedar Grove from Silverpoint homes. I did Logan at Carolina Custom Homes a few weeks ago. You can go and check it out. 😁
Looks like HUD hasn't caught up with the electrical outlet on the outside of the island, yet. Those are illegal now in stick built residential construction.

This is beautiful, kinda wish they would've went all the way up with the tile in the main bathroom.
