Hi. I want to buy an audio interface with auto gain function, I am considering 2 options: Focusrite Scarlett 4th 2i2 Presonus Quantum ES2 What can you say about each of them in comparison? My main task is to record vocals.

I bought the my current blades at Walmart and they didn't hold up for me. The sun in Florida is brutal so that could be the reason.

I switched from a presonus studio 26c to the Scarlett solo. Feel like I down graded. Been thinking bout getting the audient id4 mk2 or ssl 2+ mk 2. If they not better than the 26c ima just go back to that

This would be a pretty thick 🍑 iPhone bro if they added all that. Not bad ideas just not sure about its current form factor being capable of all this. Also charging my solo band Apple Watch via iPhone would not work for me.

They should focus more on Apple Vision tbh. iPhone technology is plateauing and just like Macs and Macbooks, the best they'll be able to upgrade is the processing power and its software. Vr headsets are the future, but Apple is not innovating enough with the Apple Vision. It's just a better Meta Quest 3 with visionOS. They should've released something world changing like they did with the iPhone but instead they just released another typical vr headset. I bet Steve Jobs would've designed a vr headset so comfortable that you'd be able to sleep with it on and he'd put a lot of emphasis on that. He would've hated how bulky and heavy the Vision Pro is. Right now, vr headsets are the only hardware that will change dramatically over the next 10 years so Apple should really get on that

Apple won’t do these just based off the fact the large majority of their demographic isn’t interested apple would be bankrupt with these ideas.

1. Use android. 2. Have settings. 3. Remove the cutout in screen and stop come up with names like dynamic island. 4. Have faster charging speed. 5. Bigger battery.

Engineer here, love your creativity but on the topic of the movement based charging the gain even if it was cutting edge would really be negligible especially on a watch where they are trying to make it as compact as they can. You could get maybe 1-2% a day you would be better off investing that energy into better battery technology or heck bring the 100w charging to market like the Chinese phones.

If the iPhone can do split -screen multi-tasking it will solve 75% of boredom 😊

You cannot screen record in quality higher than 720p unless you use a third party app- then you can in 4K. It would be nice if iphone let you record in 4K

I agree SO MUCH on this video! Very good video! But never forget the incremental improvements. After X years of that you will be chocked by the difference. Compare with hair and nails: you will see a minor change after 1 month. But after many many months you will see a huge difference. If I would make my own timeline for major changes for iPhone since 2007 I would do it very similar to yours. But I would skip 2020 (5G) because 4G is fast enough. You only need 5G in some special cases and this is for a very small minority of the customers.

Coming from a PC house and have a MacBook Air (2013), also a new iPad Pro M4. I totally agree with the logic of getting the Mac OS onto the iPad Pro M4’s. I hate not being able to install Mac OS apps on my iPad Pro M4 ;(

I have a completely different opinion and I think smartphones are great devices and there is no real alternative around the corner and my question is do we really need one? The convenience you have using a smartphone is just too good because it allows you to keep the device in your hand and communicate in privacy especially when you are in public. And it is also very comfortable to use...and not just the iPhone but smartphones in general. Maybe AR/VR devices could be an alternative but they have too many flaws and inconveniences using them like you need some sort of input via your voice or gestures and how is it supposed to work in public without making gestures or talking to the device which I think most people would find very annoying and uncomfortable to do. So I prefer having a smartphone in my hand and can choose how I want to communicate...via typing, voice mail and so on... What I agree on though is that the innovation is kinda stuck and moves slowly which doesnt mean that it completely stopped. But I think the yearly cycle of new iPhones should stop, maybe they should release an iPhone every 3 years or so because innovation doesnt move as fast as to justify releasing a new iPhone every year.
