I live near Boston IRL and the prudential building In Back Bay has an observation deck on top of the building which looks exactly like a glass penthouse

One thing you could have done with the desk chair (and in future small/tiny builds) is used a folding chair (folded) and had that leaning against the wall or the side of the desk so it'd be out of the way but you'd still have a "chair" for the desk.

Cool location and great build too. Good place for a small couple that want to live off-grid or a tactical watch post for the Minutemen.😄

Love it when you "go crazy" with your plants and decorations, bro! Took me awhile to recognize this location due to the environmental mod(s) you use, but I eventually got it sorted...I never cease to be amazed how you manage to fit all of the necessities into impossibly small spaces! And the loo is even inside this time! 😂 Love the man-cave vibes as always. I there any chance that those Lurkies could be tamed? They would make a perfect farm herd/security team! I love it! It’s beautiful! So cozy and inviting. With all the nasty critters running around the post apocalypse it only makes sense to build in high places they can’t reach. Definitely not getting up that fallen log with crab legs. Take that you pesky mirelurks! I’ve gotta say though, that tree is dead. The home owner is in for a nasty surprise when his house collapses because the main support rotted out from underneath it 😂. Really looking forward to you building with stilts. Always love your use of plants to make such beautiful and thriving environments.

This is an awesome little build! I am still looking for a suitably remote spot for my own player home. Though I did once build further up that valley beyond the upturned fishing boat. On the subject of that valley, I hope you have some strong defences as there is a re-spawning Mirelurk Queen in that valley that gets a bit grumpy about people encroaching on her turf. Finally a quick question. Where did you get those trellis pieces you used on the roof please? They look awesome on their own. But truly magical with all the plants growing on them.
