    That 200 plus yr timeline is exactly the rationale I use for building up my settlements to the point where I do. Some people say it's over the top and not lower friendly... Honestly? I really don't give a crap LOL

      Yeah I totally agree. Sure it's post-apocalyptic, but humans are innovative and driven. Somebody would have rebuilt something! 😆

      Realistically, after 200 years there should be none of the pre-war cities left at all. The would be fully consumed by the new civilizations harvesting them for resources. It would be an alien world with completely new towns and cities with legends of the ancient pre-war civilizations, with ruins only surviving far away in unpopulated areas.
      But FO3 was originally written as being about 20 to 30 years, not 200, after the war. They changed their minds at the last minute, but the game was mostly finished by then which is why the timeline doesn't make much sense.

    Another great looking build! I love that you turned the downstairs corner area into a pharmacy/surgery instead of having the whole building dedicated to police work. The armoury is awesome as is the communal office space. Touring through that area I could actually see in my mind people milling about doing their work processing bad guys etc. The cell block is a really clever solution to a difficult area that you normally can't do a thing about. I will have to try something like that in a build in the future. Overall a really terrific build. I am constantly in awe of your creativity.

    Man this is so cool. The rebuilt building looks awesome. I think the police station signs are a bit weird but as you said still readable. Only thing is I think the area with the cells could use a bit better lighting. I think it was an it dark down there. Any guards/police officers would want to be able to see inside the cells to see what the prisoners were doing or possibly hiding.

    I’m my story that takes place in the Boston Commonwealth I use locations that makes sense. For example the police stations are posts for commonwealth rangers that act as enforcers for the minutemen. Great video

    Very nice build. Just your cell doors are on backwards but, other than that little nit-pick it looks really good.

    On the ability to scrap certain areas and items, Ahmad I'm pretty sure you already have is scrap everything. In the process of installing or reinstalling, there's an option to hit what's called scrap extension or something like that? That allows you to scrap a lot more. Be careful though. I have literally scrapped the floor. Was standing on and went through a portal style loop... Not fun.

      I'm pretty sure I chose the most aggressive setting the last time I installed it, but worth a revisit maybe. I did use the "disable" console command a lot on this one. Had to reload saves a few times when it deleted something I actually wanted hah.
