Something i dont think people realise is that bricks are absolutely reusable meaning that settlers could realistically make brick buildings. People can also make concrete to make their own fiundations or roads. Really does clash with the post apocalyptic style though which is why i think most people don't utilize this
To be fair, rebuild concrete road is irrelevant since they don't using car anymore. Other than fixing the road into usable state for walking, i don't think they care more than that, in Fallout universe oil is almost nonexistent, fusion core used to make electricity not for car anymore. Aside from powerful organization like Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave which have technology that Vertibird which fly instead, normal folks hardly travel long distance
@@nguyenvietthai5102 My build is clearly not lore friendly. In my narrative, they utilize oil as they don't have the ability to create nuclear devices. Also, the vehicles that they have been able to restore to working order have engines and not fusion cores.
🙂 Very interesting perspective. I like to see the terrain before the modifications and the rest when the work is done. I like that the Pit-Boy remains on, because it allows you to see in dark places. In Fallout, buildings in the sun are often poorly lit on the West side, because the sun does not hit the walls. Also in caves and caverns, or old buildings that are not lit. Finally, I hate being shown things in the dark without making a light. It's so easy with the Construction mode. Without forgetting that we always have our Pit-Boy - and it doesn't cost 1¢. In my games, in Construction or Game mode, my Pit-Boy was always on (24/24h). Take this house where you arrive (at 10:37), there is a wooden fence around it. But it hides the pretty colored flowers. If I were you, I would do everything to keep the plants clearly visible, because even if the ground is in poor condition, well-placed plants will still make a difference and beautify the place. I love building with F4 and I always leave a lot of space for plants of all kinds. I really enjoyed doing restorations and building things in places you wouldn't think to build. The mods provided by PSN were taken away from me (completely) all at once - when a new version arrived on my (PS4Pro). I stopped spending time on F4, because it was too much work to find the mods I had. I took back one that I used regularly. The JetPac provided by a ring. It didn't work well and abnormally. I had 4 years of work with 2 characters who were each on 2 different games. So I was progressing on 4 games at a time, and I had several constructions in progress on each. Discouraged I stopped everything. But I continue to look other players who make various constructions. I would like to return to my games parts and review my work, but it is impossible for me. Your proposal, on the street names, seems interesting to me. I believe that this path where you pass in front of the chapel. I would give it the name of "Chapel Street", because this chapel is called NAHANT CHAPEL. You named this place (Nahant rebuild) and why? I'm taking my subscription to see what you'll do with this place. Good luck and fair winds. Bye.
I love what you're doing with Nahant! The decision to go with structures "custom made" is really paying off as they look fantastic and really sell the idea that people are rebuilding the area to house a new community. If I may offer some advice. Placing a few pot plants in your homes and shops goes a long way towards making them feel lived in. You don't need to go overboard, and you don't even need to do every house or shop. Just a few here and there where they feel appropriate will suffice to add to the atmosphere of a fledgling community. Really looking forward to seeing how this develops.
Currently a work in progress but I'm confident we can get most of it, as long as it doesn't freak out. Having too many objects in the cells causes lots of issues

That's my excuse anyway haha. Yes, I'm calling this post-post-apocalyptic... when things slowly go back to the way they were :D

Bye.
Some very good points. Thank you
I like how you shown the progress of each building with scaffolding ect, and how you added the concrete on the truck! really adds to the story.
Thanks Hezon!
I'm excited to see what you do with the church, Croup manor and the Oceanology building.
Me too!
Can't wait to see what you will come up with if you ever decide to do Salem

Ab Fab, Jab! This is very much to my liking! Thank you for sharing the experience!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The architect, the first mayor, the generals right hand he wears several hats!
Well it is what Bethesda promised damnit! 💜
I wouldn't have done the streets like that its too uniform but I've always been a fan of the more scrappy mad max look for my builds
You better not see my Sanctuary city then 😅
@JabberGames oh I've seen it I just held my tongue
Thank you for your creativity ❤
thank you for watching!
You made me go back to play Fallout 4
I'm sorry :(
@@JabberGames Don't be, I'm using mods
Great build mate 🪚🔨🇬🇧
Cheers Jordan
Watch out for the Queen. I'm torn between making it clean or making it apocalyptic.
Long gone 😆. Yeah, I like both styles
Hopefully soon you will do the entire peninsula of nahant

will you guys be releasing this rebuilding as a Mod? or Clipboard Resurrection of Transfer Settlements pattern?
Possibly some time in the future. I will make a community announcement if so 😁
Amazing buildings does your game lag at all?
I get the odd frame drop but mostly it's fine :D
Looks cool, you could think about tucking a few outhouses away from the houses for the residents who don't have bathrooms. looking forward to more :)
100%... This is a civilized town after all 😆
