Yoooo I see the first volume of this book but never really read it and looked good, but at the time I was reading a different book I can’t remember the name of it. It had to do with kids with wings and they was getting hunted down by werewolves that was called erasers. I think it was something max.

ive always seen this series growing up but never got to read it 😭 im soo glad i found this review though its hilarious and i love the editing and voice acting!! i screamed when chronos and max died though wtf 💀💀💀 that whole scene and then lyra (?) leaving like holy shit cant wait to finish the rest of the vid!!

One thing I noticed was the art style seemed to change a lot as the series went on. I like the book one art style the best, it feels more hand-drawn and gritty

I’ve been reading these books since 2016, and when I finished the series last year I thought it was an ok ending. (Thank you for making me realize how much this story fumbled after book 7, I didn’t realize how quickly I turned my brain off when reading this)

This is easily one of the worst comics to ever be printed

yeah being real i can see why it was liked and it did have some interesting elements but it feels like the writer rushed the story in a lot of placed rather then taking time to show off and explore the world as a whole.

Its great if she hunts them in underwear if it has to be fast ok, then , yeah i would too if i were her, actual good fanservice. Wait David her father was never shown as David the Yoda mentors son, which looks like it was intended, given his son chose a normal life and makes sense in, that they are related actually. Even more if its very star wars inspired or fantasy. Its a really common beat. And wasnt ikoh from the void, not earth. If from an earthlings imagination? I mean its fine if he chills out and thats , an ok end, but weird to say he is from earth.

man I always have memories of trying to get my hands on amulet at the library cuz everyone kept wanting it. I blitzed through the first couple volumes but then the library didn't have the rest. I can't remember if my parents ended up buying me copies of the next one but I always wondered how it ended or if it even got finished

I have all the manga but I still have yet to read them all but I seen the movie years ago tripping hard on acid all alone and I still find it revolutionary and changed my view of the world. It's about if man had the power of a god would they change it for better or worse? Tetsuo being a child and an inferiority complex can't control his emotions and the ending of the movie portrays without control you have no power it controls you. It also didn't have a definitive ending like the manga and still took 4 years to make it with barely any music. In the end its how energy is given to all life but it's how you use it and how it affects others is what matters with a lot of symbolism to how society can generate peace or riots due to religion even if it gets twisted to benefit others 🖤
