Hey bud, a little off topic from this video. I'll be doing orientation on 1/6. I live in Mississippi but originally from Florida. I have zero experience with winter driving. My truck is a bone stock 2024 Ram 3500 dually with the factory Nexen 235/80r17 highway tires. Kinda sketchy on winter roads I would imagine. I thought of some BF Goodrich KO2 but didn't want to spend even more money to get started. But I also don't want to die my first time out. lol Wondering what's your thoughts on tires and the actual affect winter has on them. You have a lot of winter driving experience, so I respect your opinion. Thanks and be safe out there!

Hoping gmc fixes the transmission issus , not purchasing a 2500 Denali until they do .

What I was told there is no parts that he cannot make the part there's no date that the parts will be arrived they want you to bring your truck in and do the software

I got a letter from GM saying that my truck was covered under warranty for 10 years or 150,000 miles maybe you should ask Jim about what they're offering other customers for the damage done on the transmission

It’s nice that the camera follows you but if you’re just sitting down maybe have it not follow you. Kinda messes with my eyes. Just an idea.

I had a Silverado 3500 SWR 2020 and had injection problems, I got a lawyer and GM brought my truck

My GMC Denali 2021 3500 dually has 85,000 miles and no problems

I wonder if these truck transmissions were broken in properly? You are supposed to drive it in normal conditions for a few hundred miles before you start towing anything. Could that be the issue aside from everything else?

Try doing some maintenance, fluid changes every 30k and a after market transmission cooler, it's probably the key in making it last.

Before I Bought My 2001 Chevrolet Silverado New I Asked an Allison Dealer About the transmission And He Said That G.M. Made There own Allison Transmissions

Might have to get a Toyota to move your RV if in a pinch. Had a Buick loaner with one of those camera mirror would not give a dime for that option at night the headlights glared aweful had to shut it off. Always owned GM trucks just half tons my 14 Silverado crew 4x4 is my very last

Love your channel. Been following you guys and got into rv transport 4 months ago. Me and my bf both got GMCs. His truck started having issues two months ago. Got it fixed then more issues. Then it was fine. But bam now mine is in the shop. We were headed back up to Indian to get a load as team drivers in his truck then it goes into reduced power. So we made the decision to just head home and got a job back into trucking. Don’t get me wrong I loved rv transport but we just kept getting hit with issues and it felt like we couldn’t get out of the hole. We’re now trying to catch up on bills so we had to make the decision for another job. We can’t make money if the trucks keep going down. Now my truck is stuck in Texas and I live in Florida. Not really sure what I’m going to do 😩 but all this to say that your videos are really inspiring so keep it up. I think one day we could be back to rv transport but it’s just not in the cards right now. Like your shirt says. We’re getting back up. Our story isn’t over YET!

It sad that GM problems started from Ceo Mary Barra failure customers, to transmission, brakes system,engine, many other things. Gm Ceo Mary Barra salary $29 million and sold gm shares made $84 million dollars, GM revenue 2023 $171 billion dollars and revenue 2024 $161 billion dollars very sad you can't get hold anybody GM to listen problems vehicles it should not happen.

Ok I have a question about the multi haul guy, since I’m about to start that route, btw I put your name in the referral program, he stated he gets paid 2.20 per mile when wave website says 2.66 per double and 3 per triple, and 15% of loads pay slightly less. I am in contact with a recruiter and he confirmed those amounts, am I missing something?

Many years ago ,I owned a garage , and did mostly GM. Transmissions, I would do approximately 10 to one Fords and Chrysler, I always owned fords, so I bought a new Oldsmobile , 3 transmissions went out under 60000 miles and numerous other problems, I told my wife if you hear me say GM or mention any thing about buying a another GM vehicle , kick me really hard

I have a 2016 and am so glad I have a real Allison transmission. What I read is the current "Allison" is a GM transmission made to Allison specs, but obviously it's not these failures speak for themselves. Allison whore'ed out their good name it's a shame.

I have a 2020 with 60000 just had it reprogrammed for the recall, I have 0 problems the recall notice did say they would warranty the tranny for 15 years or 150000 miles for this problem
