Hi William, Just got hired at Wave and start orientation Jan 6&7. Used your name in the referral section to say thanks for all of the great videos! Hope to run into you guys down the road and have a Merry Christmas!
Another great video, Robin that was a great idea on making that channel to where we can all communicate and help each other out, I love it, I can’t wait to start my orientation on the 6th, still getting my truck set up in the meantime, Catch you guys on the flip side appreciate your videos and advice it helps tremendously keep it up
Hey bud, a little off topic from this video. I'll be doing orientation on 1/6. I live in Mississippi but originally from Florida. I have zero experience with winter driving. My truck is a bone stock 2024 Ram 3500 dually with the factory Nexen 235/80r17 highway tires. Kinda sketchy on winter roads I would imagine. I thought of some BF Goodrich KO2 but didn't want to spend even more money to get started. But I also don't want to die my first time out. lol Wondering what's your thoughts on tires and the actual affect winter has on them. You have a lot of winter driving experience, so I respect your opinion. Thanks and be safe out there!
Well, that depends on the time of the year and where you want to go if you take loads out to Oregon, Washington, Idaho there’s all kinds of loads out there that you can haul around and deliver and keep yourself going where you have hardly any deadhead miles but if you’re like these guys, I don’t wanna drive in those areas in the winter time and just wanna keep going south then you’re gonna have a lot of deadhead miles back to Indiana in the summertime. You might be able to pull that off going down south so you got a position yourself to make that work. You’ll watch all of my videos that’s how I make the money that I make and that’s how I make this job work. I get a lot of reloads position myself so that I can get reloads and I go as far as possible and try to get the best pay job per mile and for example, all the jobs going out west always pay the best
@ I'm referring to ur last video of 15 days. U talk about job pays but not how many miles you drive loaded or not. Enterprise has a lease per mile so I'm calculating what that percentages might be, thx.
OK that's an awesome amount for the time making me even more excited to get out there in 25 OK o don't forget Robin on the hood 2025🎉🎉🎉 OK let's make RV transport great again 😁😁😁 OK😅😅

It’s nice that the camera follows you but if you’re just sitting down maybe have it not follow you. Kinda messes with my eyes. Just an idea.
