Great to see someone of your age enjoy this. Your smile is tearing me up. Rush means the world to me since I was a little kid. I brought my oldest son to a Rush concert at the age of 10 and he had that same smile on his face the whole concert.

AO! What a fantastic location for that concert and that song. Loved the energy and variations. I don't think I've heard them before so thanks for yet another intro. For some reason that reminded me of King Crimson 'Starless' which I heard many times as a young'n. Actually I had to go listen again because of this reaction. King Crimson - Starless (Live in Takamatsu, Japan 2015) Now they're old guys. Maybe that's why they have 3 drummers on stage. (A bit of added temptation for you 👹)

The combo “Magma -> Lava” is unparalleled. First KGLW show I saw was 10/26/2022 and that combo closed the lead singers birthday party show. 🌋 🎂 🎉 Both songs are off an album called “Ice, Death, Planets, Lungs, Mushrooms and Lava” which explores the modes of the major scale. One song for each mode. So creative!

Eden did two collabs with Ren. Humble and Ocean. Not sure if you did ooe or both.

5:40 … These are the people who developed radio and then the people who help Rush get their start by playing them on various radio stations. 7:20 … The inside parts of the radio represented symbolisms of some of their individual albums. Same thing at 10:07 & 10:12. There are many representations of their album art hidden in plain sight throughout the video.

She was an amazing artist, unfortunately she lost her way and has teamed up with one of the worst garage quality punk bands in existence and they have insured she would never be in the forefront of their band, giving her no air time of longer than 15 seconds.

Dead Sara--the greatest band that never made it. Close to it anyway. Emily's 38 and brings a lot of heat. In their 2012 days she'd be climbing rafters and taking flight off Marshall amps. Their debut LP was infectious. The rock ballad Sorry for It All is as beautiful and epic as anything out there.

That's a bop. Unfortunately they're only playing one gig in Manchester at the moment 🤷🏼‍♂️

Wonderful reaction to a beautiful song. I love dancing to song and the dance that works best is a two step. Very similar to a fox trot but not done in a box. I would love to teach you and dance with you to this song so you can really appreciate the rhythm and romanticism that this song envelops.

A fairly unknown but fascinating tidbit: the main guitar riff was Alex Lifeson's interpretation of the sound of scrolling through an old analog radio dial looking for a station.

Became a Dead Sara fan a few weeks ago after Emily was announced as new LP vocalist. Wish I had known about them sooner, but have merch on the way. Think shes a great fit for LP, but hope she still does gigs with Dead Sara when she can.
