With no more peer to peer the latency sucks for the hag. Before you could reliably capitalize on a triggered trap and now you often feel like a terrible nerfed m1 killer with her power fully in the hands of the survivors. Noobs will trigger your traps while experienced player know how to play around them. She simply lacks the option to force survivors into her web if they don't want to. Survivors simply can take their sweet time and outplay the hag, retreat from her web, heal and reset. With no insta down options, nothing that actively helps her in the chase or slows down the game, good survivors can simply rush gens. Even if one survivor gets hooked, there are now so many perks that allow you to extend their time on the hook, that it is not really feasible to unhook and simply do gens. In the worst case 1 or two die but you can escape.

I’m a p100 Clown main and even after STBFL nerf, I used to use that combo religiously. I’ve started to use Brutal Strength and Zanchin Tactics instead and I’ve found my chases to end noticeably faster. Other 2 perks I always use are Pop and Pain Res (even though they’re jokes to actually use now😤)

Ive been wanting to try rapid for a while but I dont have xeno. As for why its sees so little use, I would say because a lot of killers are just happy to bloodlust you down and use gen slowdown instead.

I've always mained hag and love using her, but the wiping mechanic is so annoyingg

I like teleporting killers like onyro and dredge so I’m definitely going to try this perk out. It could be pretty strong on them.

26:15 I play this game to have fun, and it's a bit of a narrow-minded tryhard take to assume everyone wants to be high rank competitive players. I would rather go next than sit though a game I'm not enjoying.

Rapid has been my favorite perk ever since Alien dropped. Even when ultimate weapon was at it's peak I still chose Rapid over it in builds. It just makes my experience so much smoother on M1 killers. It's pretty good on Houndmaster and Deathslinger. Hate that STBFL was nerfed. didn't need to me. Ppl only used it on mid to low tier killers anyway.

I never use it because I'm busy playing for endgame rather than individual hooks all game. Game Afoot, Rancor, No Way Out, and a variable perk. I'm too used to dealing with bloodlust if I just cannot get to someone. Get first hook on everyone is the goal, then wait for the last gen and find my current obsession or prep to set a new one with game afoot so I can murder them immediately with Rancor. A 4 mori game with one hook each is a 12 hook game, scorewise. A rancor mori counts as two hooks, while an offering mori or killer specific mechanic counts as one.

I use it on Houndmaster. It pairs well with snug.

I have 2 reasons for not using it. 1, I don't own xenomorph yet and 2, I sometimes use bloodlust (not very often but still).

I almost never take it off. There are SO many killers that will never get bloodlust if you are playing them correctly. Until they change stuff like tapping demo's shred resetting bloodlust it's just stupidly inefficient not to run it.

I don't use it because it's only for basic attacks. But maybe I'll try it out some more

Probably because its bad, it gives 5% haste for 10 seconds, 2.7 of which you are in the wipe animation, so instead of 0.46 m/s you move at 0.483 m/s and for 7.3 seconds you move 4.83 m/s giving you a total distance gained of 1.7411 meters of distance, not even a full lunge of distance. For context, go load up a game as trapper, and do a single lunge, that lunge moved you 6.2 meters. So you gain 28% of the distance of a lunge for a perk slot. Now if you run STBFL, you only need 4 stacks to gain more distance than it, and then after that you get double.

Personally i don't really use rapid on a lot of killers since it feels like it usually gets me diminishing returns unless I'm playing a M1 killer (which i don't often play much anymore aside from a VERY select few). One killer i will always use rapid brutality on however is spirit. Rapid brutality + save the best for last is probably one of THE BEST perk combinations for spirit imo. One of the skills you have to learn as spirit is resource management of the power gauge. Unlike more recent killers, spirit does NOT have two separate powers for chase and mobility. Spirit has one gauge, one power, one resource you use for both. Rapid brutality + save the best for last helps cut down on the distance a survivor gets from the burst of speed on hit a TON which means. . . Less distance. . . Less power needed to get the follow up hit (sometimes if any power at all). It makes it so much easier to manage the power gauge between chase and traversal when the perk combo sometimes allows you to cut the needed resources in chase by 25%-50%

There is an underrated perk combo I love to run on Myers and Doctor. The combo being PWYF and Friends till the end. This combo is really fun and works really well on both killers other killers I can recommend for this are ghost face and wraith.

So is Rapid Brutality good on the Clown? i doubt it would be on Leatherface or Hillbilly "two of my favorites, besides Clown and Blight" would Blight's Hit be considered his "Power" as well? like the Nurse?

I am, I really enjoy it on Spirit! I rarely get bloodlust with her period due to her Power, and it pairs well with STBFL

Ik this is a Late comment that u prob won't see or reply to but jagged compass with pop Gets insane value on High Mobility such as dredge/spirit/billy/Blight/sadako/ and freddy Because with the gen being revealed To U by jagged u can teleport/sprint to said Gen And kick it with pop Highly reccomend trying it out

Dracula is also a great user for starstruck since you can teleport and move at 6.5 m/s in bat mode

I’ve been playing a ton of Hag in a short time recently and I’ve been absolutely loving her. Setting her stuff up and getting so much payoff, teleporting around the map and pressuring several survivors at a time, tricking survivors to play into my hand is all such fun stuff, and I honestly wish people knew how to play against her more, because as is they just kind of run into traps mindlessly because for some reason the slow little granny is just that distracting by herself lol

I would play her if she was 4.6. Being 4.4 isnt justifiable. The Dredge is 4.6 and can teleport AT WILL.

Jokes on you, I'm running Specialist + Pharmacy every match, so I only waste 4 seconds opening chests but I get them back when I hit a Great Skillcheck on a gen.

This build looks pretty fun, and someone actually playing Yoichi is a rare sight! I might actually have an excuse to use these woefully underused perks now later. Thanks for the video^

You could play it with the old version of DMS and the addon that every gen looks like he teleports (the class photo) and the gen block perk from ghostface to get atleast 1 gen 30 seconds block and a 50/50 for a free hit after a teleport

I have never had problems winning as Freddy, only using one of what you show here so idk. My build works so I will be keeping it
