855 reverse banded, Had a horrible workout failed all my squats and decided to pull a bit,I’ve been squatting or deadlifting everyday for the past two weeks and am feeling pretty good, doing reverse and normal banded work allowed to do this, allowing me to push myself and be able to recover the next day, not every workout is banded but they help out a lot, i would give it a try if you have band...

Hey man names Oscar and btw it's around christmas Eve at the time i send this but that not important at the moment. I just wanted to ask you, how do i get heavier on deadlifts because im around 213lbs but my max is only 335 pounds, Is there any advice you got that'll help me pick up more weight or exercise?
Im a big fan of reverse bands but if thats not accessible, doing block pulls and rack pulls, I find that any way to add more weight wether that be less range of motion or stuff like chains will help the main lift get better because you are moving more weight, also playing around with other deadlift variations helps I hope that helps

only way to truly succeed in giving it everything is to move a weight that you can dump everything into and still not get it. If you make the lift, you could have done more, 8 sets of SUCCESS

I have a bad low back injury (herniated disks), so today I used my makeshift belt squat setup and iced my low back several minutes between sets-including warm-ups. Worked like a charm, and I had a stellar workout. Maybe try icing your knees and a massage gun on them between sets?

Love to see it, I found your channel not long ago and am stoked to see a new video. I got pretty fed up with the ethos of bodybuilding style training and have pretty much switched to just trying to get strong af on barbell movements, It's great to see other people stronger than me getting after it.
