I have a bad low back injury (herniated disks), so today I used my makeshift belt squat setup and iced my low back several minutes between sets-including warm-ups. Worked like a charm, and I had a stellar workout. Maybe try icing your knees and a massage gun on them between sets?
Hey man names Oscar and btw it's around christmas Eve at the time i send this but that not important at the moment. I just wanted to ask you, how do i get heavier on deadlifts because im around 213lbs but my max is only 335 pounds, Is there any advice you got that'll help me pick up more weight or exercise?
Im a big fan of reverse bands but if thats not accessible, doing block pulls and rack pulls, I find that any way to add more weight wether that be less range of motion or stuff like chains will help the main lift get better because you are moving more weight, also playing around with other deadlift variations helps I hope that helps
