My agenda deck thought, and I haven’t been able to try it because I haven’t been able to play enough to get used to the regular rules. 1. Everytime you draw an action card, you also draw an agenda card. 2. In the agenda phase, whoever votes first gets to present a new agenda from their hand to be voted on (Argent Flight gets to do this first). 3. The player has the option of passing. 4. If it gets to Speaker, Speaker has to submit an agenda. 5. Still vote on two agendas, but Speaker gets one veto per vote (xxcha also gets their shenanigans) 6. Voting proceeds as normal. 7. Agenda cards can be traded. Thoughts?

What we already OFFICIALLY know : When TI4 was released it was supposed to be the last and Final version of the game PoK was supposed to be the only expansion of that size ... it was mentionned that a future expansions my include officially printed Codex + few more of the same like Tiles but nothing as extensive as PoK ... (said by Dan) Dan didn't work on a Codex 4 for a while because he was "working on another project" ... people assumed it was TI4 BGA version ... but as time passes it gets more unlikely that was the reason. The new leaks from Dans implied things that looked different ... Scenario cards and some new components that looked like Tech but with a different layout. We know Dane is aware that some factions needed a bit morerebalancing like Arborec, we know he wished he could change a bit the agenda phase and the support for the Trone meta . So yes a smaller expansion with codexes and a few minor new mechanics and factions stuff seems the most likely for me

yeah, my own feeling was similar. I didn't watch the whole stream as I am just interested in their TI4 content, but it was just way shorter than what I was expecting. My guess is that we will get 6 scenarios, with two simple and two complex scenarios to match the two 'medium rated' scenarios. I think one of them, following TI3 precedent will be a fall of the Lazax situation and another as ancient history with a pre-fall of the Mahact (though that is probably reaching.). I share your hopes that the agenda phase will be improved in some way.

I am very stoked for an expansion. But I need some specific things out of it to really care. Some of the things you already mentioned. First, all changes from the codex in the form of official components. I spent so much money on this game already, I didn't want to invest even more into semi-official stuff that others need to print for me. If FFG thinks the game needed balance patches, I want to be provided by them directly. Second, an overhaul of the agenda deck, as you mentioned. In my last three game the notion, that this game would be more about politics than war, proved to be completely false. The galaxy would always be engulfed in ongions wars while the agenda phase felt almost like housekeeping. I went so far to organzie the deck beforehand and sorted many cards out to guarantee it would be somewhat interesting. With this, it worked, but it reduces the possible cards so much that people said "Didn't we already have that last game?" It should be a great balancing and narrative tool but mostly it just isn't. New factions: I personally don't need them because I can count the amount of plays I have on two hands. But I wouldn't protest if they were there. Other than that I am open to the ideas they might bring us. But please, please, don't make the game any more complicated with more systems and things to keep track of. TI4 isn't complicated to play, but in our last play it became a real issue and people got almost salty about the fact that you cannot possibly remember all faction abilities, techs, agens, commanders, heroes etc that every member at the table has. TI4 ist the most foggy board game in my collection and it happens regularly that people ask "Wait, why can you roll one die more?" or something like that and then their whole strategy doesn't work out because there are too many variables to keep track of which is just frustraing. More types of stuff like anomalies, relics, planets and such - great, gimme! But if I need even more space on my table because of new mechanics and systems, I'm going to check out.

Another possibility to consider is that it is a digital port for a platform like Steam. The presenter claimed they have been working on the project for years, and it would be a new medium for additional TI content (they've done the RPG and a roll-n'-write already). However, while this would be an exciting addition to the TI universe, I think this is less likely because of the significant developer resources that I don't think FFG has unless there is an external partnership with another studio/publisher. The most important message I think the brief announcement delivered was that FFG is continuing to actively develop new content for the TI universe. Yes, please!

Option 1: scenario pack / official codex print run Option 2: larger codex Option 3: full expansion Option 4: 5th edition ...or....OPTION 5: A whole new game set in the TI universe (a la Twilight Inscription and the new RPG) I would love to see a new TI4 expansion. BUT...I would also love to see a miniatures game like X-Wing or Armada set in the TI universe. Those games need to just move on from the Star Wars IP and join the TI universe instead, where they can start brand new without all the bloat that they have right now.

I have played 14 games, each game using a different faction. I have won 4 of those games using Arborec, Naaz Rocca, Titan of Ul and Saardak Nor. Arborec and Titans were my favorite. I love Cruiser 2s!

Can you please tell where you bought these protective cases for the cards?

If you ever do another Tier list, do you think it would be possible to use the "faces" of each faction, instead of the token symbol? I have trouble remembering faction sigils. Also, it would be cool if you started with the base game factions, built a tier list for the base game without PoK, then rearrange them for PoK, and then add the new factions. My group got into this game playing the base game, and so much content for the base game seems a little dated

Where is CCC getting 10+ trade goods from at 15:41. I get that the trade card plus Artuno gives 6, so where does the 4+ come from?

For the stacking rule if they're different amounts and colors can they still be stacked? I can't seem to find any accurate information on this. One video I saw showed someone putting a yellow +4 over a blue +2 resulting in 6 cards for the next person. Is that accurate?

I started doing this recently. Although I used recycled cardboard printer paper and glue so mine was even less expensive. I like the look the epoxy dots give but it could cause minor glare issues.

How exactly does the Vul’Wraith Cabal agent work when you use it? Do you take the ship or do you do play that agent on behalf of the Cabal player and give them the ship?

Of all my EDH decks, Child of Alara gates is my baby. There are a number of lands that can be used to sacrifice creatures - Phyrexian Tower - High Market - Lazotep Quarry - Miren the Moaning Well - Diamond Valley With your land tutors, you can grab one of these in a pinch if you need to reset the board. Also, Phyrexian tower and lazotep quarry get around split second effects.
