This is a really great video! very well done. Ive watched some of your TI4 lore videos and they have been really helpful. I have been wondering about getting this game and this video has helped a lot
Great explanation! One question about the rules though. When taking a prelude action presented on a guild card, do you have to pay a cost, perhaps its corresponding resource?
I noticed a mistake. @9:50 you mention that when the round ends, you score the ambition and then discard cards, but you don't actually score Ambitions until the end of the chapter. So the score marker on the ambition remains.
I was just thinking about this. There is a ton of balancing around the fact that there are only four players maximum. Even down to cards referencing only 2-4 and not 2-4+. I have a good feeling that they’re not going to increase it to six players anytime soon. Even though ROOT plays better at four than it does at six for the most part, its initial base game had the lizards and otters baked into it so it operates on a mechanical scale just fine. This seems to be a little bit more baked in with four players being the ideal maximum, so if I had to put money on it, I’d say no.
Not using the backstory or theme to explain the stuff on the cards or what we’re “doing” is making this hard to follow. Like ambition and tyrant and tycoon etc etc mean nothing to us.
I have both guys and girls in my gaming group, and my wife loves games as much as I do! I will try because I understand where you are coming from but if I slip up, rest assured that it is not intentional.

Good explenation sir!
This is great!! Thank you!
Do you have any interest in doing a tutorial for Vast or Fort? Both from Leader games.
Sure! Which one first?
Vast would be nice! I’ve always wanted to dive into it.
Thanks!!!!

u have a tier list for lore and leader cards?

Apologies! You’re totally right.
The correct explanation was my intention, but I mixed up the terminology between “chapter” and “round”.
Really helpful! What are your thoughts on the Blighted Reach expansion vs. TI4?
They absolutely both have a separate place in my heart. They really do not compare.
Do you think they will add a 6 player variant, or are they strict on keeping the game 4 players?

27:40 cut content scam in plain sight.
Great video! In the future, I would recommend using "they" instead of "he" future videos, people besides men like board games too :-)
No one cares
You cared enough to comment 🤔@@ghostopus6335
