I’m a dragoon main and I’m shocked to hear anyone excited about the removal of spineshatter dive… removing a jump the most iconic move in the dragoon kit and replacing it with a dash is just lame and feels bad. It’s fun to weave in spine shatter, it’s instant mobility etc. The gap closing dashes and everything is just taking from its identity, gameplay, and further homogenizing the class into others and it sucks

Only thing I'm annoyed about so far is the fact that plunge has been replaced with that garbage sparkle dash... Like really? Do they have to screw over DRK more? Pretty sure everyone liked Plunge... They're dumb for that.

But Dragoon is all about going jumpy on the ennemy and do damage...it's..uh.. problematic if one of his spiky jumpy attack doesn't do damage anymore.

as a new player they give you absolutely no incentive to do anything except the msq and class quests. odd that

really loving the hide pc’s option. I swear there are certain people that purposely stand on top of the quest npc’s. need that to work on certain click doors as well..

I tried wrapping my brain around something mentioned in the preliminary patch notes about quests that require phrases to be said in /say. I can't tell if their being more lenient on them or not. Like if you miss a capitalization or punctuation you have to type it out again. Clarification would be nice.

Bard also gets the lv 26 aoe proc so that makes their AoE presence from 26-71 a LOT cleaner

I have played every version of Astro, I don’t understand why some people have a hard time using cards while healing it’s weird. To me it feels like players tunnel to hard on cards that they forget about healing

Honestly, Square messed up by dumping job stories. What I would give to honestly dump all the hundreds of terrible side quests for a good job story.

You can find a lot of NPCs hanging around in a bunch of quests, but this one is on a whole other level.

I really wish they would make some of these for in depth questlines available in New Game +. The Courier class quests especially! Like there are a bunch of cutscenes I'd like to see again, but there is no way unless I look them up on TH-cam, which I don't remember being able to find now that I mention it.

Removing damage from gap closers is great. One thing I hate in every MMO I play is rotations that require me to use every useful ability I have to squeeze out every ounce of damage in a rotation. Honestly sucks. Leave utility to utility.. Also I hated Astro cards after the novelty wore off. It's a ridiculous APM increase that never ends for a little gain. I just wrote the job off entirely and played the other healers.

so i guess the inspector's eyeglasses won't count for the facegear slot right since they are considered headgear?
