I always wondered : why couldn’t Rem let Ryuzaki test the notebook and secretly write the name of the persons Ryuzaki tests the notebook on, so they would die thirteen days after using it ? I mean, she already helped Misa to prove that she is the second Kira to Higuchi by writing a name in her own notebook. If she did so, L couldn’t suspect Misa anymore and she wouldn’t need to kill him.

Ive found most of it really boring. It starts when L comes into the story. I get that its this mouse and cat game between L and Light but honestly its just a bunch of people sitting around the same rooms talking with very little action.

No Near is exactly what the problem with the second half of death note was. Near was nothing more then a cheap knock off of L. Near should not have even existed. Just Milo; and after Milo died, the cops who had been pursuing Kira throughout the show should have been the ones to figure out Light was Kira using what L taught them.

I didn't even know Matt was from Whammy's House or even a detective, I just thought he was a random street criminal/Mello's friend This dude has like, two phrases on the anime and you tell me he was the third smartest detective?

studio version is much better. live version is overdone and adds a bad forced guitar solo at the end of part one that ruins the entire flow. the solo in the studio version is ultimately what brings the whole song together, completely botched in the live version.

What I didn’t understand is how Mello did manage to go to Japon to kidnap Takada ? With what money did he buy a plane ticket ? I mean, Light and Near they are both in the police so their trips are paid by their states, but Mello… he is searched by the police for the murder of Soichiro Yagami, and he doesn’t have his mafia’s friends to protect him anymore.

Played many gens ,but gen 1 and 2 hold a special place because of nostalgia. For me their is no better battle theme then the gym battle theme from gen 1, it's my ringtone afterall. The song still gets me hyped up, all because nostalgia.

Black and White 2 was canonically my very first Pokemon game and although I was confused when certain characters were comparing me to someone who I'd never known about who later on I found out was actually the main characters from the first game I remember I still enjoyed myself thoroughly as you mentioned you don't really need to play the first game to understand the second installment. This game holds tons of memories for me especially being a young brown skin girl finding out that the strongest person in the region was also a brown skin girl who was Scrappy yet also didn't mind dressing up so you can imagine what that did for me as a little girl. Iris will always be my favorite champion yeah she may not have been well liked during the black and white anime and that gave her a bad rap which sucked and she got a Redemption Arc back in Journeys. She'll always be my go to pick and my best friend because of the history we shared in Black and White 2. ❤😊

I know I am very late to the party, but people saying Light didn't win is crazy reducing crime worldwide by 70% is crazy! not only that there is no war ect, That being said I kinda liked the way it ended It showed light getting too overconfident thinking he was smarter than everyone else the only one that gave him competition was L. I think the reason people don't like near/mellow winning was due to the fact 2 kids managed to beat him at this point light is in his mid 20s. also, the silly fact that Mikami never used pages from the notebook was also kinda silly. As a kid I really hated the ending but as an adult I grew to realize he won in more ways than one, let's be honest he got corrupted by the book.

One thing I can’t get behind is that Ryuk had to disappear for at least a few days to give Mikami the notebook and the Shinigami eyes and then he came back to the task force without any of them asking where he was this whole time.
