Hi Guys, thanks for the great full service video. Couple of things. I have exactly the same model of Vario as you but I have the Manuel that came with the vehicle although it isn’t I believe the full service manual. Could you please send me the link to where you downloaded your full service manual, thanks? Where do you drain the air system please? And finally for you: when you check the oil you do it but by not pushing the oil stick fully in…you push the oil stick in just so the stick plug rests on its housing rather than fully inserted.

confused with your mppt charger as you are putting a 24v connection to it from the batteries but putting 12v solar panel into it ?

what in your system will be run off 24v and what is run off 12v please as it looked as if you were running some ciggy sockets off 24v then you mentioned running then off 12v. I don't see the need for 240v in the van unless you plan to stay on camp sites as most things can be run from 12v or 24v or via an inverter for the short tern you would need 240v

Does your rig have air brakes? If so, dont forget the air dryer filter.

The pre filter can be reused. Simply clean it with brake cleaner

Brake clean would help with the filter housing

A few observations for people using your work as a guide. Firstly when you are painting any timber that will be in your van, paint both sides, especially as you used bathroom paint as it will contain vinyl. This means moisture can't leave or be reabsorbed equally on all surfaces. End result could mean your roof slats may cup. You should also have treated the many knots as in time you will end up with discolouration and staining. Use something like Zinseer Bin as a primer, this is shellac based and will act as a stain blocker. I'll leave crimes against table saws to another post. 😂😂😂 You seem like a decent couple with a good SOH and I'm enjoying your build. Much appreciate the time necessary to film, edit and upload your videos.

A brass wire cup brush on an angle grinder is a more effective way of dealing with pitted rust . Gets the metal shiny bright quicker and with lest effort than a drill attachment .

I like the cardboard idea , haven't seen that before .
