You gotta love our inflation it’s not just dodge just had a radiator put in at ford the radiator alone was 600 and labor double that so save it I have a dodge ram 6.7 and a eco 3.5 ford lariat both parts are double what they where before these idiots took over our country
I would have been pissed if that was my truck. DEF is so corrosive ans you just spilled it all over. I would have drained the def as much as i could , covered the connectors, then take of rhe pump.
So after looking into how corrosion def is I will definitely be protecting the connectors. It seems it only corrosive to softer metals like brass and copper for example , so it won’t damage the frame or body of the truck. Unfortunately fiat placed the module in a horrible spot, so draining it is difficult unless I puncture the tank.
If you take the fill tube off the tank you can syphon it out, so you have less mess that way.
You can put the plug inside a glove and wrap it with electrical tape.
Thats a great idea, I was thinking the same thing and zip tieing the glove on.
Pump 1600 from dealer or 375 from Amazon. Same thing different price.

I would be pissed he sprayed everything with brake cleaner too! Brake cleaner is not good on plastics or rubber
Some people should NOT make videos. No common sense. Perfect video if your point was "how not to do something"
