I'm in the same boat as you man!!! I just got hired a couple of weeks ago. They didn't even train me and made me plan out the trash route myself. They haven't given me any equipment, no gloves, not the big trash backpack like they said, etc. I really feel like I could just do this on my own. Anytime I have questions for these people they take forever to respond. But anyways it's good listening to your video thank you man.

Ive had the same experiences when marketing myself to property management offices or Senior Living facilities where youre a bit nervous but the more you do it, the better your pitch becomes. Experience helps too because you can tack in the problems you often see and you can solve them, give more credibility in my opinion. Good job taking advantage of the valet service, its a big thing here in FL.

Hey there! Thank you for you comment. I really appreciate it. Honestly, I just approached any properties on my way lol. I will say now that I have a brand-new property that is still under development, that is best to approach a property that is fully built that way you can recover from your initial investment in the first few months. The new developments can take months before you can see profits specially if it's your 1st property, but hey any contract you can get, that is what matters to get up and running. Hope this helps!

If you already work for a big company and you like it, then you can do this by yourself. Man, this is the hardest question to answer to be honest. I'll say to start from $9-10.50 just to get your foot in the door. Is hard to know what the properties currently pay unless you ask them directly when you are doing your pitch. Hope this helps!

Hi Raul, $75?? WOW that is a lot! Usually, they charge only $25-35 around my area, but if you are getting charged that, then $40-55 sounds reasonable! If you get that contract for that price per door, KEEP IT ON LOCK! You'll be making enough money to quit any other job you may have!. Good luck!

Hey there! First of all congrats on setting your company. Regardless if you have a contract yet, you did a great step if you really want to do this. Yes, go to the corporate office if you have to, but don't give up. I know it's really hard and even if I already have 5 properties I still struggle to get more, but that is part of the game. Every time you see an apartment complex just stop. You never know when you will get a yes.
Hi there Joe! I invoice from Quickbooks. That is where I do my accounting. I just charge a set rate per door monthly correct, regardless of occupancy. Unless it's a new contruction then I have to charge based on the construction schedule. Hope this helps!
