i'm a CCA n nyc, i only did 2 ton training, never trained with the LLV or promaster

2:50 I know for a fact that if supervisors from any job that gets yelled at for poor work, they'll take it out on us as well. I'm not stating that it's right, cause more often than not, the company or selectable employer itself are the ones at fault for certain 💩. You can even call them out on it regularly, even go as far as contacting HR in hopes of dealing with it, only for it to still get nowhere. Worst, place you in some form of the blame/titled a complaining rant.

Now see my manager/postmaster has been a cca and rca in the past and she is the most understanding boss I've ever had. I wish everyone had a manager like her at every post office.

Another tip....sometimes the package will be nsn( no such number ) ....you look in package lookahead and match the tracking number and it's always right...sometimes look at mail and match package as well it works ....

Update! I quit do to a horrible supervisor and manager. My station moral horrible. I believe most of the issues with usps is the horrible people they promote within who have zero leadership skills. The environment is disgusting
