Hi, the video is amazing, it's so good that it inspired me to make my own. I've started and now I'm working on the torso of the armor, but I've had some issues with this specific part. I transferred the smaller pieces to the foam exactly as they are on the templates, but the foam is thick and the folds can't be made as requested, or they don't match and don't look like the original design. Can you please tell me what you did to make this part? Thank you.!

I am thinking of making a Halo3 suit, my first time evr using eva foam. Do you have any tips? And should i use a template that would fit my body size?

Have you had any issues with the molds warping? I’m worried PLA has too low of a melting point when I put the hot plastic sheet over top of it.
