I think that this is one of the best cocktail series, and one of my favorite! These cocktails are not too complicated and containing common ingredients, but I'm constantly screenshot every one of them. Very inspirational, many thanks!

That ginger paloma is so close to my favorite drink. I do 3/4 oz ginger syrup 1/2 oz of lime, 2 oz of a Blanco tequila, and top with 3 oz of grapefruit juice. But sometimes I'll add some cub soda and cut the grapefruit back to 1-1/2 oz of I want something a little brighter and refreshing

Pencillin is the most made cocktail at our house and all time fav, and I use the liber and co ginger syrup every time!
I mix .5 oz of smoke (ardbeg wee beastie) into the drink instead of floating it. more consistent flavor and not as overwhelming smoke.
That's why it's the GOAT of ginger cocktails on this list! Thanks for using our stuff!

My ginger Paloma is my normal Paloma recipe with 1/2 oz of ginger liqueur added.
