God so loved the the world that he gave his only begotten son that he gave him to the world to die for our sins that whosoever believe him may not die but have eternal life. I also prefer my Kindle because it feels like such a waste to have tons of books on my shelf that I will never read again. I think a nap before a social event is so relatable. You look beautiful normally but you look lovely all done up too. xx
Yes! I've been loving reading on my Kindle lately. I always thought I was more of a physical book kind of girl but I just love that I can borrow books from the library and fly through them on my Kindle! I appreciate all your comments and compliments!

Stop making declarations about yourself "oh I'm a shopaholic" , "shopping makes me feel good " I hate this trend of people making such statements and then follow it with putting the effort to don't know please who
I think I’m understanding but yes sometimes I feel we can enable our behavior when it comes to shopping by identifying with those statement it gives them more power to drive our behavior.
I feel so ashamed I am suffering PTSD Driven lack of money trigger & I tarted after my permanently debilitating injury I sustained from workplace injury, I’ve been buying cloths & Art supplies as a means of therapy . But I have been in some kind of Fog 🌫️ & didn’t relies that I spent what I should not have touched in the first place . I feel worthless ashamed and all the feels and not having a wage of any kind to call my own . Except for the money that I am grateful that my husband can spare to give me , as we only now have one wage .😓😣 I really need & want to over come and rid myself of this senseless spending on stuff .

This is so helpful! I am a morning person, I have to be up at 7 am because we have a son that I eat breakfast with and I bring him to school. It definitely makes a difference to prep the night before! At that time it can be a bit challenging though, when I’ve had a full day. So it is often the evening or the morning that can be more relaxed 😋

I like that you said watch a show in the morning. I am naturally a morning person, but as fall/ winter is approaching it is really dark when I wake up and that's a bit depressing. As a mom, staying up late to watch my shows just makes me exhausted in the morning, so watching them in the morning during the winter might be a good alternative, as I can enjoy the coziness and some comedic relief when it's dark out before getting on with my day
YES! Gilmore Girls and New Girl are on repeat in the mornings for me. Plus the blue light tends to wake me up in the mornings as opposed to keeping me awake at night. I'm happy you found a good takeaway from this video!

I would love the Overthinker sweater!!However, I think it’s perfect for you as a therapist-great job declutterring-hard choices. I personally liked the more form fitting sweaters on you rather than the oversized graphic sweaters.
I'm wondering how to effectively juggle your caseload when first starting out (let me see if I can make my question make sense lol). So you're starting to take new clients and most likely will see them 1x/week or biweekly. How do you make sure you aren't overbooking yourself with new clients so the current ones have available future slots? How do you know you're at your max? I've seen a therapist with a waitlist too. Does this just go back to knowing upfront how many clients is a "full caseload" for you?
@@arijaisrael2383 yeah it’s about playing around with it. I see max 18 clients a week so 6 clients a day. I did have a prior job where I saw clients and they overbooked me always so I know more or less what I didn’t want 😂.

I clicked on here because I’m going to try it and this was the first video I saw. Genuine feedback for you would be that when you’re speaking it’s very conversational and ends up quite waffley. Successful TH-camrs who are making advice and feedback videos have a script but make it sound conversational and with energy. Those are the best videos for an audience to feel like you’re having a chat with them but concise words that make us focus on what you’re saying. Another tip as a viewer is maybe have some bullets or text when you’re making your points because as you talked through them I lost track of what the point is you’re making in that segment. This is honest feedback after you said you felt disheartened you didn’t get the views or subscribers.

A 1 year recap is genius. I'm going to borrow this idea. I'm on round 3 this coming week of consistently working 12 week year goals. I created a WAM group to keep me accountable. It helped so much for me to be in charge of it because I am for sure showing up no matter what. So that has been fun. Thank you for doing this. Are you using Notion for your goals. It's very pretty.
I love this productive day! The walking pad seems good, I also wanna get one cause I work from home all day. Time blocking is a good method! I love using that too, but I don't like checking email in the morning lolll 💜

If a client not show up for a reason, will you waive?
It depends on the situation however I don’t waive the fee clients sign a form that highlights if they don’t show up again it depends on the situation because there are situations that can be except from it.
