Did you find that using the ankle bracelet rather than your watch on your wrist made a difference?
I have been trying to do this too I think its good that you started with 8K rather than going straight to 10K. xx
It did I think putting it in the ankle is more accurate 😅 maybe not by a lot but just a tad.

Thank you for this video! I work every day from Monday to Friday, and I'm exhausted after work. And I'm not a morning person as well. So, my question is, where to find motivation and strength to walk more?
When I’m in the office I park farther so I can get extra steps. I try to go the farthest bathroom in the building things like that have been helpful even just walking in place during breaks. You won’t get motivation unless you take action. Motivation is not something we inherently have it’s created by action.
