We had 5 Sandals trips back to back... then, we went to Mexico! While we've been back to the islands, Mexico is our go to- you cannot beat the service. Next level. And even adding tipping in, you get so much more for your money! Highly suggest Secrets Playa Blanca and Atelier Playa Mujeres, and Beloved Playa Mujeres (couples only, no groups) for your must visit list!

Your reviews are the best! Thank you! I hope you will do the new Sandals eventually. I know the hurricane just hit that area! I can’t believe it was so far south. Grenada really got hit! That’s the Sandals we went to a couple of years ago. We are going to St Lucia in October. It’s scary to see what happens to these small, beautiful islands and their people.

Nice video, but I am having a hard time reconciling your "everyone is treated the same" with the "Preferred Club" getting an additional restaurant for breakfast and personal concierge (butler?). It would seem that the Preferred Club, in addition to better/nicer rooms includes a somewhat different experience (on their website, it also says: upgraded mini-bar and bath amenities; Club Lounge with premium liquors; and personal Check in/out). We have been to many Sandals & Beaches resorts (plus other all-inclusives) and trying to compare the offerings and levels, especially since, for comparable rooms, it is significantly more expensive than even the priciest Sandals resorts (St. Vincent, Dunn's River and Royal Barbados) - and even more so when you factor in that scuba and snorkeling is free at Sandals.

I really enjoyed this review on a new resort besides sandals. I’m looking forward to your diner view, I can’t wait.

Hello a couple travelers, I am glad I found this video and that you are partial to people with disabilities. This is totally off-topic, but I have invisible disability and I’d like to go to a sandals resort. I also have mobility issues and was looking at going to raw carousel, sandals resort, but you made a mention that the resort is huge and that people get around on bikes. I cannot do that because of my mobility issues and because I am blind. Do you have an email that I can talk with you and not put everything out there to the Internet universe and these comments? I'll be on an 9 day Alaska cruise in October 2024 - my cruise fare for a solo cabin incl. all extras is 1,450$ (booked within promotion) and my additional (incl international flights) pre-cruise costs are 900$ (see part 1 of this video). So costs of 2,350$ in total for 12 days till now. Personal aim for overall total costs are 3,000$ (9 days cruise, 3 days pre-cruise) - hope, I will manage it. Should be possible, as October is the cheapest season for cruising to Alaska.

Don't be shocked - it can be cheaper. Here is my cruise. I booked a cruise within promotion for 9 days in October 2024 for 1000€ (solo cabin) incl drink package/ specialty dining/WiFi/shore excursion credit. My additional costs: 450 € - thermal spa suite pass and 5 excursions (credits/loyalty discount) = so total cost 1450€ for cruise. International flights !! 600$, hotel (2 nights) incl shuttle airport/hotel/port/airport 300$. So, book Alaska in shoulder/off season - it's much cheaper. And look out for special promotions of cruise lines, especially for offers to loyal cruisers.

I just did DAS under the new 2024 guidelines and was told during the interview we could only have 4 guests total, which was disappointing as we have three grandsons visiting. Hopefully, cast members at the ride entrances will let us all go in together.

We are going on an Alaska cruise Thank God i only am paying for some of it but it will definitely be $9,000 all said and done. I haven’t been on a vacation for years and normally only do $400 vacation 😄😄 so this is crazy expensive but we are going in full luxury on Holland America so it will be awesome And this will be a once in a lifetime trip. Im not willing to pay this much again 😄😄.

Especially for our honeymoon. This gave me a great incite into the resort which looks to be amazing. Do you find that the excursions are expensive? I'd like to book 2 during our trip. And what are your recommendations for excursions?
