Nice video and shows a good contrast between what a good room and poor room can be at a Sandals resort. When we were there shortly before you (late Aug), we were in room 2612 (OCL - oceanview top floor). The non-handicap room layout is very different in feel and look from what you show in your video: the frosted glass on three sides shower is in the middle of the room (where all you show is a giant wall) and the toilet is where the shower in your video is in its own enclosed room. The oceanview side also has a soaking tub on the balcony. Frankly, for the amount of money they charge for the CL category room, especially compared to the OCL room (about $60 more per night), if we stayed in a CL room, we would be beyond highly disappointed. Those rooms really need to be the cheapest rooms at the resort and probably by quite a lot (maybe $200/nt) less than they charge now.

I hear you! It was fine for our purposes and it is Club Level so we had all those perks, but it’s definitely not a room I’d recommend for clients!!
Do the rooms come with soap, shampoo, etc., like regular hotels do?
Yes!
