Ketchikan Alaska | 2023 | Ketchikan Highlights & Lumberjack Show

It’s time for our first stop in Alaska: Ketchikan!
After breakfast in Cafe 270 on our ship - Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas - we disembarked and began to explore the port and shop for some souvenirs before our excursion.
Our excursion was called the Ketchikan Highlights & Lumberjack Show, which was $141.98 for the two of us. Our excursion began with a quick walk to the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show, which was so fun and a highlight of the trip.
We then visited Potlatch Totem Park to learn about Alaska’s cultural history. We even learned about the city of Ketchikan (Alaska’s first city) on the drive over.
After our excursion ended and we were back in port, we grabbed lunch at the Alaska Fish House (highly recommended and it’s right next to the Lumberjack Show). We finished the day by walking over to Creek Street - a street built on water. It was so fun.
We absolutely loved Ketchikan!!
