What do you recommend between this or truthear crincle zero red and why

I'm about the bass. A headphone with bass "insanity" built in? I need these. What is great about headphones is the ability to change the listening experience on the fly. Myself my baseline go to (was/is) my Sennheiser 600s2 for their ability to make much of the crap (TH-cam, whatever) I listen to sound good. I love my Hifiman planars. Turns out I crank the bass way up on my HE1000se because they can take it while still producing detail. I introduced Sundara closed back into the mix because. . . why not. Seen the price lately? Those things have more slam that the regular Sundara. SO I admit. I'm a bass head. Something designed for bass and can still produce detail in other areas sounds a bit like what you get if planars and dynamic drivers from a 600 series popped out a baby. I NEED THESE. Let's chill with the bear.

I just got mine last week. Drives my Sennheiser HD 800 S really well in balanced mode, and the Xbass+ feature perfectly fills out the sub bass regions, especially for music. Fantastic for gaming as well ❤❤❤

Which is the other iem cheaper and better

Could you advise me whether the HE6SE would be right for me, or maybe choose some other HifiMan (e.g. Arya Stealth because their price has dropped a lot). Mainly for electronic music: ambient, psybient, dub techno, experimental. So of course I care about good low-reaching and punchy bass, very holographic spatial sound, no too hissing high mids and trebles, which I am quite sensitive to (although I assume that it can be temper a bit by EQ if necessary). The sound rather neutral-warm, not sterile.

Still can't say I like it. Your brain also needs to adjust as well.

These headphones NEED burn in more than any headphones I've ever tried. At least 50 hours for me.

Hey, I just bought the Sennheiser HD 600 after owning a Sennheiser pc 37x for 5 years now and o.m.g. what a different experience the new headphones are. I hear new tones that where not there on my old PC37X. the sound/music is more clear and cleaner. Thanks for the information.

They may be awesome, may not be, but Zeos should have thought about hiring a professional logo designer. That cheesy logo that looks like he put it together in about 5 minutes makes these headphones look like something for kiddies.

Been waiting for the right base headphones. I do have three decent ones (he560, DT 770 PRO, x Meze 99 Noir), but they are not hitting that base itch. Think I will bite the bullet on these. Good review.

What you're describing re: burn in sounds like it may be "brain burn in" or acclimatization especially given it was happening over a short period of time while you were actively listening to the headphones. Maybe the bass is so strong that when you first put them on it's all you hear until you get used to it, then you start hearing more of the frequency response.

I heard MP145 has two different versions, 2023 and 2024. Is it true? Latest version is warmer and safer tuning.

These are my first iems (and first audio product of decent quality) and I love them so far. I dont regret my purchase. Also as someone who's never used in ear earphones before they are very comfortable.

Sony and Beyer more extended in subbass than these one.. Does it mean in term of quantity of subbass or how low they can reach ?

Hi , an update from my last entry, I fitted thrust party van damme silver coated copper cable from a supplier in the Uk, I noted from my old hd575 has 1” velour pads so I found 11/4” 33mm pads on my hd660, so I fitted also to my 6xx to help with the sound signature and extremely comfortable over the stock pads. The audio reponse hasn’t changed that much . It’s also interesting that the hd650 in the Uk is £229 at the moment. Regards mark

Man, I wish I got these as my first good headphone after a Bose on-ear rather than a Grado 125e, which actually made me lose interest in headphones.

It is a weird headphone and I love it. It really brings out the glory of bass light 80's pop and rock. She isn't the most sophisticated gal in the room but Wow, she has the curves and definitely knows how to have a good time. Zeos you done good.

I bought these way back tried my hardest to mod and get them right and I did but then messed it up again lol and the non angled cups was a huge downer. So I returned and went with r7-dx absolutely happy with my decision stock is okay but with a headband swap and mods similar to blon foam, felt, silicone, fiberglass squares it really turns out well. Either or are great options to have a little fun modding 😊

You described burn in well, it does happen, it’s usually not measurable, but the reason it happens is like pistons firing in a car engine. You know they say the first 10K miles is ‘running in’ the engine? Well drivers are moving pistons, and the material bonding around the edges of the drive unit loosens off with movement and use, and as a result the amplifier is able to move it with less friction and therefore performs more optimally. Just like wearing in a pair of shoes, or even something like stretching your body. People deny it happens, even with all these other scientific examples from other areas of life, explaining constant movement helps loosen things off. I have personally experienced burn in on many products over the years - and it doesn’t happen on everything - but when it does, it’s strikingly noticeable. So in short, I was glad to see you have the same experience when burning in some pairs of headphones, and the conversation around this needs to be normalised more, because the cat is out of the bag now on the argument about whether or not it makes a difference. Highly enjoyable review.

I like that the story in the cabin went on to even describe details like the colour of the ceramic cup. That was a nice tangent.
