Quit note: LDAC support is ONLY available on Android devices. Apple devices do not have access to the LDAC feature. That being said, after hearing the WH950NB on my wife's iPhone, I do think that they sound better on iPhone without LDAC than they do on Android without LDAC. Do with that what you will.
Ok every youtuber should explain more detailed about the sound and tweaking and which player to use with good eq built in. I tweaked my 950s to the extreme on my player jet audio player it's sick i know 950s are not loud but clear beautiful sound. If you want deep punchy bass you gonna have to have a good player.
the way you deliver your thoughts is very easy to digest. I bought my maxwell because of you and what you said is what I get. I was wondering if you will be reviewing the HIFIMAN sundara.... I have been recommending KZ Castor to my friends because its cheap and the audio quality is really good.
I would be more than happy to review the Sundara. As soon as it goes on sale, or one is sent to me, I'll do just that. Just not in the budget at the moment.
LDAC is an audio codec developed by Sony. It allows for higher sample rate audio to stream through a Bluetooth connection. Think of it like having a high speed internet connect as opposed to dialup.
Hi, I have one question: Can you turn off the microphone with a button on the headphones during a call? I am considering Edifier WH950NB for a 'work from home' situation where I have a lot of calls during the day (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Talk...) and I need the option to mute/unmute the microphone during a call.
I haven't heard the Soundcore Q45, so I'm afraid I can't say from personal experience. Based on what I've read though, I suspect the Edifier to be a bit more mature in the sound, and probably a little more natural sounding. To be clear though, that's just my best guess.
@@MasterMarslander I heard that I can’t use these headphones on iPhone ! Cuz there’s no LDAC , AAC , what do you think cuz I’m about to order these headphones and I just read this ! I’m afraid to order them and regret!🥺 what do u think 🫨?
@Jennie-gj1kb yes, iPhone will not support LDAC for the headphone. It's very unfortunate, but I can confirm that the headphone does sound better on iPhone without LDAC than it does on Android without LDAC. My wife has an iPhone and uses the headphone regularly with no complaints. You may want to consider buying both the Edifier and the Soundcore, decide which you like more, and return the one you don't like. That's the best advice I can give.
@dogukvn the ANC would do well in those environments. The only concern I'd have is how they will fit to your head shape. Some head shapes might fit loose, which wouldn't be ideal for running. I encourage purchasing them from Amazon so you can easily return them if the fit doesn't work for you.
@@nathanbrisson4905 dang, that's a bummer. You might be able to get some kind of bluetooth dongle that supports ldac, but that's probably not going to be a very elegant solution.

Some very pretty headphones, for sure! For us plebs, what is LDAC? Is that more than an advanced eq setting?

until i find a bluetooth headphone that sound better than Nuraphone, i will wait. thank for the review..
Will it keep the same mode like music or game mode when its wirelessly connected to PC?
Yes. Any setting you enable on the app will be saved on the headphone.
