Hello sir . I am 2022 year passed out and I got selected for Accenture on campus. But my Accenture joining is delayed till November so this month I started working in BPO and BPO have created my UAN and Pf account. So when I on-board Accenture, while filling form 11 should I say that I already have pf account and uan number or should I not inform them ? I'll be joining Accenture as a fresher so 2 months work in BPO won't be considered as experience na ?
If you have absconded from that company.company will know about this..you can hide but by your pan details they will have all the past details of you.if you fail to give the documents accenture will ask you to leave

@@KnowledgeStone no i have not absconded. I worked for 2 months served notice period and then i left.
No issues you can mention the UAN.There will be no problem with your onboarding
