    CTS is became a very worst IT company in Indian IT sector. They don’t even worried about employees concerns and they always enforce the employees to work for more than 18 hrs per day. There is no work life balance in CTS. The company was very good and now it became very worst

    They have less bench period. If a resource doesn't get a project having more than 20-30 days on the bench, management asks to resign.

      Yes thats true...previously the period was 60 days later 45 now 30..

      Hey hi , I joined cognizant on July 2021 and it's been 1.2 years now , I am deployed to support project , when I asked manager to deploy me to development project considering my skill sets , he said he will inform me about it. But I don't think he will do it. Joining Cognizant is becoming a big regret for me actually and I want to leave this job , but I don't even have a backup company , it feels like I am trapped inside this maze 😔.

      If it is possible you can talk to the hr to deploy you in dev project but i dont think they will do it. So try in other places float your cv in mncs try in SBC.

    if they force all employees to come to office attrition is shooting up to 40% easily.

      They are forcing and people are going to office. The picture is not like that what we think

      @@KnowledgeStone that's why they are going to suffer more now. I told to resign my job looking for options for wfh they told me to continue wfh and did not force me to come to office. You just have to stand up for yourself companies are listening
