is it normal to feel when turning at high speeds like the belt is sliping on the wheel? Its My first wheel so i dont knowing that detail of the tires slipping on the road or the wheel is defective

I dislike using the Quest 3 for simracing. The compression causes occasional stutters in both audio and visuals. I've tried using it with a cable and even invested in a Wi-Fi 6E 6GHz router to test it with Virtual Desktop. While the visuals are clear, there are still occasional stutters. On top of that, the poor black levels are very noticeable when racing at night, which is quite annoying. That said, it's a great product for everything else. I've now ordered the PSVR2 with the adapter, as it was on sale for 380.-. I hope it performs better.

What was the gpu you were useing?

Do you have the ferrari 488 challenger wheel ? Do the lights work for gt7?

This wheelbase has a big diameter at only 5 nm. Why do we assume they can follow up with a higher torque version that isn't any wider? I also hear that they tend to get hot.

hi, based on your videos, I bought the TGT2 a week ago, and I have a question coming from the t500rs My T500rs fan was not always on, not sure if it is normal, but the TGT2 fan is constantly on is that normal or is something wrong with my TGT2? should I be sending it back? basically, it comes on after a few minutes in-game and stays on thanks in advance

My TGT II packed up after 2.5 years. Just re orderdered another one. Im deep in the TM eco-system and play GT7 & all of the PC sims. Thanks for your honesty. If I can get another 2.5 years out of it Im good. Then Ill look at a more high end DD.

I have just started to watch your latest video on how the evo r wheel erased the t598 feeling of the wheel and just when you started to explain it said the video is not available. Why did you take it down or have you figured out the problem with different wheels on the t598? I have just bought the ferrari 488 gt3 wheel and I must say it is by far the best wheel on my t-gt ii and I have like 15 different wheels, including custom mods to fit fanatec and momo wheels. It really makes the t-gt ii feel like a far more refined and sturdy quality package with zero creaking with the ferrari 488 gt3 wheel. I really recommend you try it out and see for yourself. I bought a t gt 2 and I have a question if your fan is also so loud ? it starts almost immediately. I play without headphones on my home theater, so it's quite annoying

I have a deal for a rig for 575euro for the playseat trophy and the tgt2. Value wise its obv a good deal looking at new prices. But im not that much of a gt7 player. Does the tgt2 work ok with wrc/assetto/forza esp on pc?

Have my t598 set up a few days ago. Perfectly happy with it and I think most average drivers and even "semi pro-s" would be happy to drive this. When more updates come it will only improve.

Been using my t gt2 and reverted back to my t300 and it actually felt refreshing and smooth without all the extra immersion from my tgt2 . Could zone in on pure driving control. Its a hard call on this subject as it is subjective, seating position pedals all play their part. Thanks for your great videos really does help.👌🏽 Quick question what degree of rotation do you use on your tgt2 , I'm using 180 with open wheel. 😮

What are your in game setting max torque and force feedback sensitivity just curious

I think sometimes people over complicate things. 95 % of peolle are not chasing that final 1 % improvement ...for me. Thrustmaster for all the compatability and add ons is your best choice for the semi serious casual. But they are all excellent

If u know how to update the firmware with a Mac, please share. I will always wish I could experience the transducer though. That alone seems like such a game changer!

Good comparison. Having driven with T-GT since 2018 I know exactly what you are talking about. For reference - what settings do you use with T-GT2? Just that I know to what strenght you are comparing the t598 to. I use FFB strenght ar 6-7 in race cars. Anything more just strains my hands and wrists unnecessarily over time. Also a statement to the power of T-GT - the force there is no joke. And i kind of feel the belt drive actually makes the ffb feel more "real". We are after all talking about forces that RUBBER tires have, so belt makes them just natural.

If you had to buy one tomorrow which would you go for?

They shouldn't have released the damn thing. I remember people switching from TGT2 to fanatec dd 5nm, the difference was night and day. Yes DD is a must over belt drives, smoother, you feel more detail etc... I'm going to switch from Thrusmaster to Logitec gpro or fanatec.

Great review Really good i have the tswx for pc but dam I have ps5 also with gt7 I wnat to get something for gt7 I think to just get the gt2 base I think 🤔 that is best option as much as I wnat a direct drive and one day I go for the t818 😊
