My ankle has been fused for about 2 years. I had 19 surgeries and almost had to have amputation due to infections and various problems with the healing process. Im greatful that i even have both my ankles . I was on crutches for almost 3 years and in that time i got very depressed. I stayed home and didnt do much to keep myself in shape. My muscles have become really weak and i lost some length in my injured leg due to the muscles being unused i guess. This has caused my hips to be out of line and it's just been a domino effect from there. Thank you for making these videos.
