For those considering getting David as a realtor, I say go for it. He helped my wife and I find a new home in Northern Virginia recently and are very happy with his services.
Damn near impossible to find a starter home out here now. I’m going to have to cross the bridge into PG County or move further out in NOVA than I want too at this rate
I feel your frustration. Before you go across the bridge check out Virginia counties like Stafford, Frederick and Fauquier. Those area will have more affordable options compared to the 4 major counties in NOVA.

I really enjoy Centreville.. it’s at the edge of Fairfax county and many folks don’t know about it, but homes are also skyrocketing there too.
Centreville is a very underrated area. I plan to do a video on Centreville this summer.

Point of fact. While NoVA has been decreasing in population, the Richmond area is the fastest growing in the state.
Very true. I did a video last year on Why Northern Virginia residents are moving to Richmond.
I'm just glad I purchased my home when I did, I would not be able to afford most homes in this area now.
