Great seeing you back on video, David! I like these comparison videos because you see what kind of homes your money buys in different locations. The one that had the navy blue kitchen cabinets looked fantastic!
Thanks for watching. It has been tough this year to stay consistent posting a video every week between baby, extremely busy working with clients and having bronchitis for a few weeks. At the very least I'll post one every 2 weeks.
Both are excellent places to live and raise a family. I grew up in Leesburg. I basically moved there when I was 11 years old because my dad's job transferred us out here and lived there till 2019 when I moved out on my own. Now, I have an apartment by GWU in Ashburn just north of One Loudoun which is pretty nice. I like both places equally.
townhouses always come with the HOA you need to add into your cost. I definitely prefer the schools in fairfax. we are in woodson and looking to stay here

Very True!!! Thanks for watching.
Trying to make the choice between Leesburg or Ashburn .😊
Can't go wrong with either. I live in Ashburn but I could easily live in Leesburg.
Before I moved to Sterling, I was turned off by it. David's video on the 20165 ZIP code opened my eyes and I absolutely love our area!
@@damianchenot2667 thanks for sharing! I really enjoyed living in 20165.
