Fastkeys is my favourite. Text expansion, macro recorder, mouse gestures, custom menus and more. Available as a portable app also so can use at work. Not free but inexpensive. Not associated in any way - just my favourite tool

You forgot to mention PowerToys! It is a MUST app for any windows user! So much features (including some of flow launcher) are included!
