If you're still struggling vs mines after the patch that gives you a red line and 2 years to react (heck, you don't even have to split vs them), while Terran has to actually split vs disruptors (much harder than vs banes btw), then it's a skill issue.

what a throwback! one of the first people I met on sc2 was from the H2O clan and we're still friends to this day even though we both moved on from Star Craft, the whole clan was full of amazing guys!

They definitely boated it. Even simple things like "Let's nuke IPL" made zero sense. I'm 100% with you on making "StarCraft 3" using the SC2 engine. Something has to be done or 2025 may be the final year of meaningful competitive play.

Awesome interview. The section where he talked about the social element of games being lost really hit it on the head and threw up some old fond memories for me. Red Alert 2, Diablo 2, StarCraft, the common element that kept you hooked was seeing regular names in the chat rooms you got thrown back to after every game.

I really like your optimism! My older son loves playing and watching sc2 (turned 8 one week ago). Recently he said to me the he is looking forward to go to a big SC2 Event like Katowice. When i replied that there maybe won't be this big Sc2 events in the future anymore, he replied: "Starcraft will be there forever!" Such a proud dad moment for me! ;)
