...wala pa po, i re re-bidding pa po yang CP 05, i integrate na sa Section 1 ng CP 01 (Solis to Caloocan)...
I think hindi naman sa marerealign. Kundi madedelay lang dahil gingaamit ng nlex. Di ba malapit na din namang matapos ang connector road. Nasa last section na sila para maconnect na sa skyway stage 3. So siguro by the time na matapos na yun, makakamove forward na ang may hawak ng caloocan area. Busy pa naman sila sa part ng valenzuela to bocaue. But im not so sure din. My opinion lang.

...as far as I know po yung may "PR ROW" marking ay yung absolute edge ng PNR ROW...gutters should be inside the ROW, although maaari pong may mga revisions na sila doon sa mga naunang drawings...

Still no physical construction. Hanggan removal ng rails for several months na. DoTR should prioritize this segment Para kahit renovate ang NAIA, accessible ang Clark Airport. Alam naman natin karaniwan Traffic n rin yung Bulacan segment ng NLEX. Hirap kapag Mid day ang flights mo dun o may event sa Philippine Arena

Not good gayahin sana nila sa ibang bansa na mga station na underground lahat wala kang building makikita sa taas. Yong makikita mo lang is entrance at exist papunta sa ibaba ng underground.

malaki ang tiwala ko or hopeful ako sa project nato lalo na private company ang O&M (operation and management) BGC and BDCA projects are a prime example.. talagang world class at kayang makipag sabayan..

I know my comment will not be directly connected, pero along sa mga development sa NCSR, sana magkaroon din ng regreening project where we will try to add green spaces sa mga natamaan na areas. Magtanim ng mga endemic species of plants/trees. Aside from aesthetics, maganda ito para sa air quality and overall functionality ng railway. Or hindi sa may rail, basta sana may sustainabke reforestation projects na hindi lang for publicity, yubg legit sana. Nakakalbo na ang Pilipinas. Ang Japan, kahit na very developed sila, nasa 70% ang forest cover. Tayo nasa less that 15% lang.
After watching BioCyber;s for infra overview , watch some videos of PH in 4K vlogs covering some station for a re-imagination walk through to get that future feel and finally watch the on-the-street, drone view infra vloggers for a latest update on the ground like PopoyTV, rexdronieTV and Kasikap Channel, plus others.
ung lumang issue na kaya na realign ung PNR track sa caloocan pa layo sa DMCI rented yard at naging curve din ung NSCR caloocan station ay para di maging sagabal sa operation ng connector road precasting yard. Inaantay at expected ng DMCI consortioum na maaward itong contract CP01 sa kanila pero di natin alam bat di pa inaaward. in short nagiipitan sila. ung realign na sinasabi dito sa tingin ko ay ung pagiging straight na lang ang station ng NSCR caloocan pati ung PNR future line para di na mag demolish ng ibang ROW. kung si DMCI makakakuha ng project malaki nga naman tipid dahil handa na ung construction yard nila. in short gusto ng contractor ng nlex conector na sila din gumawa ng NSCR sa area na ito.

Hi sir, do you have a link for your sources of these infos? I just want a further reading. The fact remains that these companies hold this much power over our government tells you a lot about the mentality in our country, hindi ko lubos maisip bakit hindi mabigyan ng magandang transpo ang pinas even though all our politicians and billionaires travel abroad and see the benefits of mass transpo and freight. Hirap mamuhay tlga jan sa pinas if ganyan ang systema. I guess it boils down na lang tlga sa ugali ng tao sa pilipinas. Anyway thanks for the info sir.

Ang problema at ang nakakadismaya dito sa DoTr wala silang transparency at sense of urgency pagdating sa mga major isyu sa rail projects lalo na sa RoW, timeline at delays ng bawat rail projects. Idinadaan lahat sa mga PR at publicity stunts na hindi naman natin kailangan. Paano naman yung ibang rail projects na nasa pipeline o masterplan? Hanggang hype o study na lang ba? Buti pa sa pr stunts at hype may urgency silang gawin pero mga isyu atbp rail projects “no comment”?
What I don't understand is why re-align it? Why is NLEX-SLEX given priority in that area? As I look at the area tapos na yung part na yun ng nlex-slex connector. Hindi ba nila pwedeng tanggalin na yung mga gamit nila dun? Ang laki nung area sa may pandacan where they are currently constructing the nlex-slex connector, hindi ba pwede ilipat na nila mga gamit dun? Lagi na lang bang ang general population and mag adjust sa mga iilang tao? Badtrip e, yung mga negosyante nanaman priority instead of the public.

nag bid din kasi ung contractor na gumawa sa nlex connector road sa NSCR kaya ayaw nila umalis inaantay iaward sa kanila. un namang sa pandacan side ay san miguel contractor pero ung (phase 2) ng connector rd. espana to maui oasis ibang contractor naman un CRBC pero parang same precasting yard ng caloocan ang ginagamit nila. ung realign sa tingin ko is back to straight both PNR and NSCR parallel sa harbor link para maka save sa ROW.
Bakit mas gustuhin pa ng DOTr na mag realign at magbayad na nanman ng bagong ROW na lalong magpapa antala sa pagkumpleto ng NSCR, kaysa sa paalisin ang mga nakatambak sa kabilang area, pinapaboran nila ang MVP sa NLEX -SLEX CONNETOR road. Bwisit talaga mukhang nagkabigayan dyan at gusto lang maka kurap na naman gagawa at gawa talaga sila ng paraan para magkapera.
Ano ang reason bakit binigay sa NLEX Connector ang ROW ng PNR? NSCR tuloy ang nammroblema sa space na originally sa kanila talaga.
Kasi nga nitong 2018 or 2019 if i'm not mistaken, may agreement ng DOTR, NLEX, PNR at DPWH sa pamumuno ni Former Secretary Mark Villar na ngayon ay senador at Former Secretary Tugade na Right Of Way Sharing Scheme, sa Scheme na ito ay pag-kasyahin ito sa may NLEX Caloocan
@@JamesLagutinang naging problem kasi is parang yung NSCR ang nalugi e. Lalo sa part ng Bluementritt to Sta Mesa na hindi na sa PNR Line yung magiging viaduct ng NSCR. Instead, need pa iacquire tuloy yung mga bahay sa gilid which is mas madugo gawin.
