    malinaw na sinabotahe ng mga villar ang lrt cavite. madami silang property dyan at papangit ang lugar nila kung me lrt sa kalsada. gusto ng mga villar ay hanggang sucat lang ang lrt cavite

      perfect station sana yun kasi intersection kaso tinayuan ng DPWH (Sec. Mark Villar sinadya nyo ba?) ng flyover na halos wala naman gumagamit, traffic pa din sa ilalim ng fly over.

      Napaka backwards ng pag iisip nila. Sa ibang maunlad na Asian countries kagaya sa Japan, ang existence ng train lines means profit dahil mas madali sa tao na pumunta sa properties nila, kaya mga Station nila may direct connections sa establishment akala mo part parin stations. Tumataas ang value ng property na malapit sa train stations.
      Sila ayaw nila dahil "pangit" daw.

      @@Dants_TV agree sa sabotahe pero hindi para hanggang Sucat na lang kundi para sila ang masunod sa alignment, vocal sila na gusto nila padaanin sa properties nila ang LRT para tumaas lalo ang value nito. Mukhang ang gusto nilang alignment ay paabutin sa Evia yan or umikot mismo sa Villar City na “new” BGC daw kuno. Pero napaka risky mag tiwala sa mga Villar, hindi naman talaga para sa mga Pilipino ang mga ginagawa ng mga yan. Ito yung article last year:
      THE Villar family’s Prime Asset Ventures, Inc. (PAVI) has proposed to take over the next phase of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) extension project by adding seven stations beyond the ongoing development of five stations.
      Manuel B. Villar, Jr., chairman of the Villar group of companies, told reporters on Tuesday that his team had submitted a proposal to the Department of Transportation (DoTr) to take over the rail’s Cavite extension project.
      “Di ba ang [LRT-1] hanggang Zapote? Mukhang hindi na nila itutuloy, mga hanggang Sucat na lang (The LRT-1 extension is supposed to be until Zapote, but it looks like they might reach only until Sucat),” Mr. Villar said.
      The move, which is aimed at expanding the Villars’ infrastructure portfolio, has led to the group’s negotiation with Ayala Corp. and Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC).
      Mr. Villar said both conglomerates seem not keen on completing the entire line extension project. He added that the proposal may be changed depending on the outcome of the talks with Ayala and MPIC.
      The LRT-1 Cavite line extension project is being handled by Light Rail Manila Corp. (LRMC), a joint venture company of MPIC’s Metro Pacific Light Rail Corp., Ayala’s AC Infrastructure Holdings Corp., Sumitomo Corp., and Macquarie Investments Holdings (Philippines) Pte Ltd.
      LRMC declined to comment on Mr. Villar’s plans at this time.
      Sought for comment, DoTr Undersecretary for Railways Cesar B. Chavez said he has not heard whether the Villar group has indeed submitted a proposal to LRMC for the takeover of the Cavite segment of LRT-1 line extension.
      The Cavite line extension project adds 11 kilometers to the existing railway system. Its first phase covers Redemptorist Station, MIA Station, Asia World Station, Ninoy Aquino Station, and Dr. Santos Station.
      As of the first half of 2023, LRMC completed about 88% of the first phase, which covers about 6.7 kilometers. Most of the stations were more than 50% complete.
      Dr. Santos Station or the Sucat station is the last station for the first phase. It was around 71% complete as of last month.
      In a press release in July, LRMC said it was optimistic about completing the construction of the first phase by the fourth quarter of 2024.
      The remaining phases will cover the construction of the Las Piñas, Zapote, and Niog stations, which have not yet started because of right-of-way issues.
      Mr. Villar said his group’s line proposal will run from Sucat station in Parañaque City and pass along Molino Blvd. as it extends to Governor’s Drive in Cavite.
      “Ang gusto ko lang, baka ma-extend hanggang d’yan sa Silang, closer to Tagaytay pero hindi ko naman bibiglain ’yan (I want to extend it beyond Silang, maybe move closer to Tagaytay, but I will not rush it),” he added.
      Meanwhile, Mr. Villar said that the company also plans to extend its recently acquired four-kilometer Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) to Tanza, Cavite.
      His group has recently signed the implementing agreement with Ayala as the Department of Public Works and Highways had given its consent for the transfer of ownership last July 19, 2023.
      The Villar-led PAVI is an investment and holdings company with a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and public utility assets.

    Simple lang solution jan, either yang Villar property o ang flyover e demolish, i prioritize ang public transport over car-centric design! Hindi kailanga ng flyover mga sasakyan, kundi ang tren! Sayang oras daming nawawala sa atin. Bahala mag heavy traffic mga pribadong sasakyan jan (problema na nila yan) basta ang public transport maging maganda at comfortable.

    Ang kulit ng govt eh no mapapa isip ka na lang hindi ba pwede nag usap usap na lang DPWH at DOTr bago gawin yung flyover? Eh nauna ang design ng LRT diba since time pa ni Erap sinimulan idesign yan. Ay oo nga pala si Mark Villar yung dating DPWH secretary na nagkataon na dating Congressman ng Las Piñas. What a coincidence 😂 mukhang may hindi pa satin sinasabi since gusto yata sa may Villar Sipag complex ilagay yung mismong station. Pero kung tutuusin pwede naman itaas na lang yung station sa taas ng flyover di naman imposible since Antipolo station sa LRT2 nga napakataas eh. Di ko magets kung may problema ba talaga o delaying tactics lang since 2025 yung bidding for MRT/LRT contracts na openly nag announce ang Villar Group na gusto nila mag takeover para padaanin ang LRT sa properties nila along Villar City sa Cavite.

      Sabotahe kasi yan. Yung flyover Hindi pa naman needed sa area na yan. Ang liit nga lang din tapos yung daanan na I flyover eh maliit at hindi naman ganoon ka congested. Ang dami sa lugar sa Metro Manila na mas kailangan nyan, pero sa lahat ng nilagyan dyan mismo kung saan may planned LRT project na.
      Maraming anti-mass transport sa gobyerno na may private interest kasi, hindi lang private business lang.
      Dapat sa mga Villar na yan wag nang iboto kahit sino pa. Pero karamihan ng tao walang pake or alam sa pulitika, basta may ayuda lang. Nabibili ang boto ng tao kaya inabuso ng may mga selfish na interest.

      Because of the Villar and Duterte, Mark was the DPWH Secretary during which time this flyover was planned and built. Inunahan talaga nila dahil ayaw ng mga Villar na magkaroon ng LRT alignment sa mga property nila.
      Ito yung mga panahon na iyun na pinagmamalaki yung LRT-1 extension na nag-commence na ang work during Duterte, pero ayaw nilang ibalita or sabihin kung bakit walang groundworks for Phase-3 and Phase-2.

    Pwede naman sana sa right side ng daan (going Cavite) at sa ilog. Bakit naman yung Skyway nagawa. Ang question diyan ay yung harap ng Villar Sipag kung ayaw magbigay ng ROW, hindi yung flyover dahil pwede sa waterway idaan. Salamat Bio Cyber at malinaw ang mapa. At malinaw sa akin na di flyover ang issue. Baka pwede mo rin ma analyze ang Mindanao Ave Extension at LRT1 connection to Unified Grand Station kung bakit di matapos at nakahinto.

    Parang tingin ko diyan ay pinagtatalunan yung Las Pinas Station kung saan ilalagay. Sa harap ba ng Villar Sipag o sa kanto ng Santos Ave at Diego Sera. Pareho may vacant lots. Pwede kasi idaan sa waterway tulad ng portion ng Paranaque River. Pero di ba naisip na yan ng DOTR at Sec Bautista? Para tuloy ang dating e gumawa lang ng excuse o ayaw ilabas ang tunay na issue. By this time ang pinag uusapan na sana ay yung segment ng Dasmarinas/Tagatay. At pinaplano na rin sana yung going West to Kawit/Noveleta and East to Filinvest Alabang. (Ganito ka importante ang location ng Las Pinas Station-dapat aligned sa future expansion).

      matagal na yung LRT line 1 project proposal, gawa na din yung SM Sucat na side ng mga column at may deck na yung LRT saka nila biglang tayo nung flyover, pandemic kasi nung rush build nila ng flyover na yan, hindi umabot ng taon construction ng flyover n yan kaya kaduda duda yan, govt na sobrang bilis.

      @@renzmarcruz3144 mahirap yung walang proper coordination at communication sa mga implementing agency, though parehas importante yung mga project nila, yang flyover na yan ginawa talaga dahil busy crossing yang lugar na yan makitid lang din yung diego sera ave. at madaming dumadaan same sa C5 ext marami na din dumadaan kaya para continuous flow ng mga sasakyan need talaga flyover, if hindi sana hinabol ng flyover na o cover din yung 1 crossing (tramo) pa na maliit at hindi nmn ganun kadami dumadaan mostly mga motor trike and small vehicle lang dumadaan, sana hindi na extend ng husto yung flyover at makakadaan ng maayos yung mga Pier ng LRT.

    nakita ko yang useless na Flyover na yan kuya nang mag-walk trip ako mula sa Doctor Santos station ng LRT-1 hanggang Sm city Bacoor.
    Sayang pera natin dyan sa Flyover na yan :(

      dpwh sec = villar, alstom already constructed alot of the columns and deck ng lrt 1 extension, tpos nung pandemic saka biglang tinanim nila villar yang flyover dyan, yan ang tunay na fastest built flyover for public use dito, hindi umabot ng taon yang construction nyan
