How many volts is the output for the fan?? 5volt ?

I built fpv DIY tank. Fpv car. Fpv m1a2 1 has 3w analog (thought switching to 10w but not much room) 1 has dji vista 1 has walksnail moonlight 4k.. (was tempted walksnail 2w digital) I roam the neighborhood with cars in winter staying inside my house. Going around block on other side of buildings.. ELRS 2.4 All mine have fans on vtx. Analog it's built in. Vista I added heatsink & fan. Moonlight 4k cause crazy heat added 2 high powered fans ans big heat sinks. It's super inclosed no fresh air I don't usually go crazy high with antennas cause I do go under suv at times haha. But the are high off vehicle.

It seems that your next limit is the battery. Could you hook up 2 batteries?

It's becoming so popular. I think soon rc cars will have upgrade options that offer different fpv that will come with the car when you but it new. I can't believe that nobody sells a good one wet. Perhaps you should. The FPV shop and rc's too! It would be so easy to just buy one ready to roll.

Does the crossfire micro tx v2 come with the correct connections to install in rc8x? Or do you have to fabricate them as well.

I noticed you didn’t add a radio master ranger nano module on your transmitter. Maybe if you did it might get evan farther out that your fav camera would give out first

What are the approximate dimensions of the Camera and Air unit?

there's no way a 2.4 Ghz radio signal will go that far out of the line of sight, especially around corners with houses and vehicles in between blocking the signal, 2.4 isn't as bad at traveling through walls as 5.8 is but it won't go through the walls of multiple dwellings.......

Does this work on the Vista and V1 air units too?

I did the old radio years ago that you did and was lookin to get back out n play I was looking at the RCX8 and found my way back to your videos and I see you got a new cool ELRS on the front of your RCX8 I've tried to find that exact one or updated one but to no luck. can you help once again lol

I have used 433 dragon link for rc driveing link,,,but then haft to drive with sticks,,,wish i could plug 433 into a regular driveing radio insted of haveing to use sticks for driveing,,,i also had to carry a 40 lb 1 5 scale a mile an a half when it ran out of battery lol😂

Put a fan on the o3 and see how much more it gives in a car it should have some form of cooling that's what the props I a drone does for it

I have the radiomaster MT12 and a white fireteam too 🤣🤯 all beefed up. Max6 combo, titanium chassis, and all metal under the hood 😉🤯 plan on putting the c-20t and air unit in it 😁 thanks for the info man 😁 got my 03 armer on the way 😁 i bought that whole head tracking and base plate kit but my integra goggles have it built in. Just not able to connect them for head tracking yet. Will need a firmware update i believe 😉😁

Great info here for sure! I was hooked on fpv cars cause I could drive all over my house and yard without having to chase the rc to keep my eyes on it. If i was getting into it now I'd probably go for used dji goggles and vtx. I still use my analog equipment and its quite fun to tinker/experiment with.

Great explaination Chad, for those who are geting into the fpv hobby. I run the Walksnail systems with the Walksnail Avatar V1 goggles because i use the system with my fpv quads. For the subsribers, if you install an fpv system on an rc car, you must install a fan to keep the vtx cool.

2:36 This same small little screen, fit almost perfectly in some cheapo fpv headmount that only magnifies, and enabled fpv with my rc truck. Im sure other setups are quite better, but on the cheap, driving my truck from my couch is gold!
