A really inventive one I recently heard; Fill a water bottle with hot water to have in your sleeping bag for warmth. In the middle of the night, when you wake up to pee, drink the warm water, urinate in the bottle, and then put the warm bottle back in your sleeping bag for even more warmth. I thought that one was hilarious and so smart.😂

A hack I’ve started doing; I add cold water to my next next dehydrated meal hours ahead of the next meal time. At mealtime, put everything in my pot and the meal generally rehydrates much more thoroughly and quickly. The “crotch pot” works well for this application, because you can hang it from your pack:)
