Good review but you should’ve mentioned you were specifically reviewing the Crandall refurbished one with the 3/4” thicker seat and backrest cushion. BTOD argues it changes the OG ergonomics and the waterfall seat edge. Just got my new Leap and like it. Agree with you on the wobbly armrests. Steelcase says it’s common and within specs. Still disappointing on such an expensive chair.

my only issue with office chairs is the short backrest not allowing head support. this is a complete dealbreaker to me, i've sat on these chairs at work before and not being able to sit back and rest my head was terrible, honestly don't know how others can deal with it.

I bought my dark knight 2021 edition back in march 2021 before they upgraded to the better material. I'm looking to either get me a softweave or the monster hunter rathalos.. im thinking the softweave will be more comfy compared to another leather. Now nothing is really wrong with mine other than the cushion kinda feeling flat after the 4 years of severe use! but it still looks new. The chairs are worth it.

I recently sold my 2022 Titan Evo Cookies and Cream and bought the all black softweave it came in a 2024 box and hear me out it’s way softer than the 2022 model. I didnt see any press releases regarding any changes…

I tried the Steelcase Amia and I didn’t like it. While sitting in it, my butt would get sore within just two to three hours. I also felt like the seat’s foam was bottoming out.

I will never buy a secret lab again. My ass hurts even when I think about these chairs 😂

so that chair actually still functions after two years, thats already good for me. Most of the gaming chairs did not survive two years before something didn´t work or the seat was so messed up that you could see the foam (in that specific case it was both) for me. I always only spend around 150€ on the gaming chairs and really thinking about getting the secret lab because I want something that does not break within a year, while using it a few hours every day.

The Haworth Soji doesn't have headrest, how can you ignore that fundamental fact? If you plan to spend a lot of hours per day, a headrest is essential.

it is not totally worth, it's really uncomfortable. Worst purchase I've ever made.

Had this chair for 3 weeks and returned it as seat cushion was too firm and my butt and legs went numb after 2h of sitting. Do not recommend.

Haworth Breck or Branch Ergonomic chair?

I encountered many of the same thoughts while chair shopping recently. The softer seat should just be the default or at least a modest up-charge option for the base chair. Great video. Keep it up and your channel is sure to grow.

i have had my WOW alliance chair since 2021 and i will put against any chair on the market...yes it has its issues but over all it has been the best chair for a large set person like myself.

I had one for a couple years now, I wish I got leather instead of fabric. I also got an XL which was a mistake. I though it had to do with height. I'm a little over 6 ft so I got it thinking it would be a little higher where they have the back support but no its just wide as hell. So I find myself sitting crisscross in it and just over time the oils from my feet bleed into the fabric so I wash it every few weeks really noticeable on the light color fabrics.

Really interested in this chair. It seems like the absolute best bang for your buck if you want to try out an Ergonomic chair without going crazy on the price point. I'm debating between this, the Haworth Soji, Herman Miller Verus and the Steelcase Series 2. Those latter two have very few reviews on TH-cam so it's harder to wage whether they're worth the price. ESPECIALLY the Verus, which is surprising since Herman Miller is like the most highly regarded of all the office furniture brands. Any chance you get one in for a review sometime? It's kind of.. the blandest visually of the bunch, but if it beats the others in comfort or quality, it could be worth investing in. I say I'm debating between these four chairs, but realistically I'm most looking at this Branch and the Soji due to their more affordable price. The Series 2 is the most visually appealing of the bunch IMO, but it's also the priciest, and most of the few reviews say to just spend a bit more on an Amia or Leap. And that's crossing the $1000 barrier at which point I kind of reset and go back to the Branch and Soji. Anyway, sorry for the long rant/question haha. I look forward to more of your reviews.

NEVER BUY these chairs! I had one for almost 2 years and let me tell you the cushion that you sit on is hard as rock (even after what secret labs told me would soften up over time) The back of the chair is just a straight up rubbish design, you have to use the supplied lumbar cushion, and that cushion is as soft as air and is more or less pointless. Yes these charis look good but if you are going to game for hours on end, this is not the chair for you.

So tldr it's just better to get a office chair that is more suited to be ergonomic and meant to sit on for hours unlike "gaming chairs". I bought the titan a few years ago and regretted getting it instead of going for a herman miller since I heard those are comfortable or some type of geniuenly comfortable office chair. Sadly in my city we don't have a place to test out chairs so :/.

Those who complain about the firmest it is because SL is made for mamut ppl if you know what I mean … if you have regular body then move on

Thanks for this video... I'm ordering one of these on Amazon - was down between this, Ferral, PatioMage, Neuhaus, and HBada. The footrest function (or lack thereof) isn't that important to me, but to get better 4D flip-up armrests, more adjustable lumbar support, or wire controls I feel like you need to spend $600-$700. Would be interesting to see your thoughts on the Hinomi H1 Pro v2 or something that competes with this at higher price points.

subscribed. great videos. my request is for more expensive options compared to the branch and these others. i've been looking at refurb HM or new Ergohuman 2. I sat in one HM and didnt like the cup seat....i really like the ergohuman. but now branch steelcase and these ones you're reviewing have me wondering what to do. Please compare ergohuman gen 2 to the branch and a few others...do basically you're top 5 for sub-1k

Avoid this chair like the plague. Mine squeaks and moves when locked and the rollerblade casters destroyed themselves with10 months. The support just doesn't want to try fixing or replacing anything. No refunds and no replacements so the warranty means nothing.

The idea that the titan evo is rock hard is ridiculous. Im literally sitting in it right now. Its firm, but no it does not hurt at all after sitting in it all day. It's comfortable. In fact, i notice how shit every chair i sit in is now because of this chair. I think the real problem is people are too pampered by a cushion chair that doesnt help support your body at all, or theyre not taking breaks to stretch like theyre supposed to. If you need a cushioned seat, then no dont buy a secretlab chair. But if you want something good for you that'll stand the test of time, go for it.

Still have one of the original Omega 2020 chairs I love it compared to the other chairs I’ve had I usually sit in it for about 4-5 hours at a time and I don’t get any pain when I’m sitting correctly and I’m slimmer so the side bolsters don’t bother me at all only real problem is the original leather that was on the armrest is cracked on the side and now I can get new replacements
