****UPDATE****** Branch Reached out to me about my Ergonomic Chair Pro review and said that my model was likely an early production model since I bought the chair right when it came out and that this first wave of chairs had a QC issue with the seat. They said that the seat's firmness should be the exact same spec as the original Branch Ergonomich Chair and offered to send me a replacement. Thank you for your review! It has exactly the upgrades I was looking for (better lumbar and tilt tension knob position, as well as the tilt forward mechanism). However, the softer seat is a total deal breaker as I sit for more than 8 hours a day on it. I thought I had found the near perfect chair for my needs. This sucks. Will probably just go ahead with the base version.
