We call it a property tax reassessment. Nice investment. Glad it’s working for you.
Maybe watch a video on changing the cable. LOL.😂
@@timj1196 😂😂😂
Hard 'stuff' ... drywall sanded with fan on I'm sure, then moisture later hardened it.
@@cavscout888 didn't even think about that! Yep I'm gonna say your spot on!!!
Great work. Man, that tube was in rough shape
Ain't no Taj Mahal mama. :)
As scary 😨 as it looks up top can you imagine wjat it looks like underneath? I would hate to touch thoes supply lines or worse shutoff valves 😆
I just bought one today. It clamped on itself to the point that I can’t unclamp it without it breaking. I went to return it, they refunded me and let me keep it because they can’t have bio hazard material on site. 😅 So now I’m here trying to fix it.
@@RLeeVisuals sounds like u got a lemon. So far I've been abusing mine and had good luck. Lol look at my other Ryobi changing cable vid 😂
I bet those old fixtures we're not working with the led bulbs correctly because they had a built in dimmer with the motion sensor only meant for incandescent bulbs. I’ve had some that would make led bulbs flicker but incandescent would work correctly.
@@lightsandlights9898 that's a good idea but I show in the vid I wasn't getting the proper voltage
Was That a Moen Faucet bro...😱
@@timj1196 lol 🤣 no way but I could be wrong lol cheapest Moen I've ever seen
That is not a MOEN faucet. It is a cheap version of a DELTA faucet, like Peerless or one of many (dozens) other house brands that use DELTA parts. Brian, if you are going to replace round handles with lever handles, you have to buy a new hot cartridge for the cold side so the cold handle turns clockwise to turn the water on. That faucet would have needed a DELTA cartridge, seats and springs. The easy fix is another round acrylic handle for DELTA. If you had to use lever handles, you would have to buy the cartridge I mentioned, and they are ridiculously expensive.
Wow. To guess at trying to fix things PROPERLY and “winging it” surely makes you look like an idiot. Do the job right. Your hairstyle can wait.
im sorry to say this but who the flip lets their kids draw on the walls like that?? this house is a flipping mess with those walls 😬
@@nathanielaranda8407 u and I r on the same page! Gotta love this house
Great videos!
Thanks!
That tub is rough 🤯🤯
The draino peeling the paint off the tub
Some minor porcelain touch up paint, and it will be as good as new. 🤔 I'm sure her rubber ducky doesn't mind. 😅
Nice work Brian! That bathroom floor has seen it's better days. Have to love when tenants use draino.
Scares the crap out of me with draino on my skin luckily i was able to smell it lol 😆 the flooring definitely doesn't look like lvp
@thehandymanexperience226 No the flooring looks like laminate.
6:50 Extremely low water flow from that faucet.
This is true
17:00 That's the cleanest / nicest bathtub 🛀 I've ever seen. 🤣 What big box store can I find one exactly like it? 😜 16:08 Deep? 🤔 I say the same thing to my wife.
@garyg8036 lol the ones that don't include draino peeling the paint off lol
Never EVER mix two different drain cleaners. The fumes can be toxic. Years ago, a tenant put Drano in the water and I didn't know it and I put Liquid Fire in. The fumes had me out in the front yard choking and gasping for air and I had to go to the hospital by ambulance. All that drain cleaner they are pouring down there is probably what is ruining the tub finish. Using drain cleaner in a tub can be really scary as you could get a chemical burn on your skin if there is any of the drain cleaner still in the tub when you get in. Good thing that you got it on tape that THEY put the 4 drain cleaners in there and not you.
@@EWB66 yep I believe it. People definitely don't know how strong these chemicals are
1:20 Brian, it's called a Multifunction Pocket Tool.
What's your Facebook page I was trying to find it. I wanted to send you a link to the battery powered screwdriver I bought a while ago.
@@mynewhaircut I try to keep it secret lol 🤣 but I'm sure it's not that hard to find
Nice job ... Was that tub just discolored? Thx
It was a painted tub, I'm guessing the draino made it peel
I'm glad you didn't launch yourself into the neighbor's yard with that auger
Lol definitely pretty strong
Toilet wax ring is leaking
Maybe, I seen it after when I was editing. Or maybe they are missing alot lol. I think it's laminated flooring rather than lvp
Look at that filthy tub!
That's what draino does, peels the paint right off a painted tub
Junk Faucet. Don't repair. Replace...
Yea but if the property manager sees it's just a handle and I keep replacing stuff my days will be numbered with them.
@@thehandymanexperience226 Not judging just asking, but would your clients really get upset for a $25 standard faucet? Saves time if you have em on-board so its cheaper than running to the store. Cheers
Rule number one never buy open packages and the ones that are open check everything is there. I think the clog is caused by using the tub as a toilet 😂. I love cordless screwdrivers but won’t spend more than $100 I just purchased the skill with rotating head on sale at Lowes for $19 definitely worth every dollar. Your personality will always get you work, great job👍👍
U talk so well of me, I appreciate it. Believe me, the setting of your workplace definitely changes you. My last workplace (cell tower climbing) brought the worst out of me. Lol u can't tell if packages are open lol 😆 we'll at least with those in my defense. Lol this is what draino does to painted tubs. I just love the screw driver cus it's insulated. Utube friendly hahah. Thank you!!
Leave it to Brian to introduce to the world the mother of all Swiss Army Knives. He skates to where the puck is going to be, not where it is!
Hahahah thanks!! I appreciate it !!! I do like the multi tool definitely good to keep on ya. I always try to show u guys the tricks!! Thanks for the comment, definitely felt good
Hello buddy, I've noticed that you don't seem to use your milwaukee air snake as much as I thought you would in certain situations. Is it not that good to use ? I want to get one, but in the UK, they aren't cheap, £710, that's about $810, cheers, Pete.
Lol seeing those prices is like Chinese language to me bro. Cus I'm in the US. I used to use it more but I only use it in certain situations. But I still carry it on my truck but I barley use it as of now. It's good in certain situations, I love having something else I could try rather than giving up.
I’m bet you’ll bd back to change that old corroded tub faucet soon ☠️
I'm hoping not lol 😅 thats why I didn't mess with the tub diverter ( tub spout)
thxs for sharing...
Thanks Tom
Scary tub.
That's what draino does, peels the paint right off
No 'scrub on the tub' necessary.
Sounds like it needs some waterproof grease!
Yea forsure!
how can they sleep at night with the smoke detector going off
Lol 😆 we'll never know
Replaced several of my sconces a couple years ago. It all looks very familiar, except I used a bolt cutter on the fixture adapter lugs/screws to get them to length. Was a bad idea, as then had a little trouble with the end thread being a little too malformed on one or two of them, and had to take a file to them. Good stuff, thanks!
Some wire strippers have the bolt cutter built in, and it you thread it in the right way, it will leave you with good threads.
Yea lol 😆 I still cut them with my linemans and I'm still learning 🤣. But yea the guy that also replied under this is right. You take the screw out put screw it in your wire strippers and it gives it a nice cut. Problem is u have to take it all apart. But better safe than sorry
where you get the slip ons? i like them
Google tidy trax and u have to measure your boots. Go to their website directly
What kind of multi-tool do you use? By the way, I love how you go with the flow when you hear from the "experts." You have such a good attitude.

😆 love it!
Old school snakes seem a lot less hands on when it comes to messing with the cable
U talking about the drum snakes, year for sure. Problem is that there super heavy. I have the ridgid k750 and it's a beast and I wrestled that thing for a bit and finally stopped using it cus I dreading wheeling it around and getting it out of the truck. Definitely would be easier with 2 guys
@thehandymanexperience226 I have one of those big orange ones from Home Depot the ones they rent out I believe it has a 100 ft cable but I would rather pull it around then play with a cable that has doo doo on it LOL but you're doing it all the time so I guess it would be a pain taking it out of the truck and putting it back in all the time maybe make a little ramp
Great troubleshooting really good job Brian thanks for the video.
Thanks Bro!!! Thanks for watching!!!
Great work even colder up here in North Mi.
Man I don't know how u do it! I used to have to work out of town in the UP of Michigan. Those towers were tall!!! And of course when we were out there it was cold. Thanks!!!
I learned something new today. Never saw a bump cap before. Awesome!😂
Wooo!!!
Seems like you're in the Northeast USA somewhere, but what part are you from?
I try to keep it secret
Good idea🫣💡
Nice job as always ... I always liked troubleshooting too ... Thx
Thanks!! Yep, it definitely fun sometimes lol 😆
Glad it wasnt an issue on the brick that would have been fun to fish. No pigtail and jam the joint into the back? Just suggestions for thoes very cold fingers 😆. I wish I could tell the customer no fixing just replace it. Better yet if one builder grade product is dying replace them all. Oh well good money thanks
Good idea!
Now it's a open and shut case 😂
Bought one of these a couple of years ago for tracing the wires in my house; they were pretty hard to get at the time probably due to component shortages, etc. I've found it to be a very good investment.
technically, they (Wago themself... the founders) pronounce it: "VAH-GO"
@@billsmith9249 love it!
Nice work Brian!
Thanks dude!
Just a tip.....I always place a small torpedo level across the 6-32's sticking out before tightening the bracket for perfect level. If I'm off a hair and the light isn't straight from the street....well you know the rest! Great video Brian.
Good idea, thanks ! But sometimes level isn't good it matters what looks good on the house. It's hard to explain but Like following brick etc.
thxs for sharing...
Thanks Tom!!
LED’s suck, great troubleshooting and glad to see you using twist on’s I’ve used wago’s three times and twice I had to go back because wire falling out. They’re great where there’s plenty of room but in a tight box they suck. Great vid 👍👍
@@pit4955 LEDs do suck ! Lol 😂 thanks bro!!
