Bonnie and Damon are my favorite friendship. Even if he is terrible and used her a lot, I always saw it as a brotherly protectiveness and also this feeling of unconditional love. He knew that he was gonna love and support her no matter what she did and probably expected the same from her. But I never never saw the romance

I‘m currently half way through the tandem read. I am a big chaol Girly, I really like Yrenes and Chaols pov‘s in Tower of Dawn but for some reason I just can’t stand Nesryn, every time she appears, I kind of just skim through it

I think I like watching those amazing recaps more than reading or listening to audiobooks now 😁

You might have your dates mixed up it was April 1863 not 1903. Reyna Cruz killed Julien in Europe 1903 and the Gemini Coven trapped the Heretics in 1903 when they travelled back to America with his body but Valerie fell in love and got pregnant with Stefan baby a year before Katherine came to Mystic Falls in 1864 so she had been a Heretic for about 40 years before she was trapped in the Prison world. Also Caroline never knew about the Baby until Valerie told her about the Baby. So she didn't think that Stefan lied about knowing about the baby it was about spending time with Valerie when he cancelled the date. Also guilty Pleasure of mine for this show I kinda prefer Stefan/Valerie to Caroline/Stefan. Personally I always loved Caroline/Klaus chemistry and heated frenemies

You did such a good job recapping this book. That being said I'd suggest looking up the pronunciation of names before doing a recap. It's a little irksome. The worst one is Chaol being called Kale 😭 it's kay-all. Also, Adian wasnt dtrong enough for the ring not to work. He made a duplicate instead. And Rowan never let Aelin go past the wards, she chooses not to listen and croses it anyways.

I just went through and binged all of your OUAT recaps as I went about my day. Finally finished and I think this one might e my new favorite series. I do wish episode one was at the start though. I was looking for it like "huuuuh? where'd it go?" because i remembered watching it. But the video is in the middle of the playlist lol. I started watching it today because my friend finished her re-watch of the series and I was like "Well, I don't wanna watch the ENTIRE series start to finish myself again but I will watch some re-caps!" because I never truly finished the series. I mean I've definitely WATCHED almost all of it, and I've seen the finale, but there's episodes in the last two (or maybe three) season I've never seen and my information gets a little fuzzy after we hit the season with the ice cream lady. Mostly because I've watched the first two seasons so much. I like seeing your reactions and feelings about the characters and I'm really glad I watched this because now I have a new ship that I never even thought of! (Regina & Emma)

I love your retelling of this book! 🥹 I just finished the series and I watched your part 1 summary, But I heard 2 things in this video that made me go, wait a minute… 1) I didn’t read it like Lorcan summoned Elide. Lorcan was kinda ready to embrace death but it says “his name on her lips had been a summons he could never deny” so I read that like she pulled him back from death. 🥹🫶 2) Maeve didn’t make herself out to be someone from Erawan’s past. She first showed up as herself, then changed into Aelin, then into Manon! 😭 which was just traumatizing cuz at this point I think most of us are rooting for Dorian & Manon

I listened to the audible book and Elide’s name is pronounced “El-leed” but I guess elidoey is great too 😂
