It is a true testament to Joseph Morgan's performance that Klaus is as admired as he is. If he was played by someone else, it wouldn't work as well, imo. Like, I hate every single despicable thing Klaus has ever done, and we're supposed to.... But there's just something so deliciously diabolical in his portrayal that I can't help but cackle with glee at.
Klaus is such an emotional cryer. About him being that way bc of Mikael. Well half true but his paranoia got boosted not bc of father following them. It happened due to the hanter curse, back in the time like 17th centure i assume the brotherhood of 5 were created. They were hunting vampires and stumbled on the originals somewhere in Europe. The made the daggers 🗡 and Beccas boyfriend Alexandr daggered her so as the others daggered other originals and Finn thats when they decided not to undahgere him like why to bring him back. So Klaus killed all of the hunters and activated that curse for 80 years until new hunters were born. As a result he ended up paranoied and grew hate towards any of Beccas boyfriends like see what happened 1 time? Yeah remember that
Episode 16 is my favourite of the season, such a good episode. Like Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah all feel powerful but vulnerable. So, yes, Mikael did break Klaus, but Klaus also broke Klaus. Mikael started it but Klaus never ended it, his arrogance and violent personality and his belief in power, and fear, are what led to the Klaus we see today. Also his ownership of the daggers and immunity to them probably didn't help. Yeah, Klaus and Genevieve, that happened. Why? I also hate werewolf lingo. In actual wolf packs, the Alphas are the parents. Wolf packs consist of parents and their kids, and when the kids get old enough, they leave to find their own mate and start their own pack. Similarly to humans. We're raised by our parents, then we leave, find a partner, and have kids. I'm so curious why they just randomly had Elijah not wear suits. It's so weird. So super gross, but I don't think Oliver's meant to be a child. I always interrupted him as around Jackson's age, like their best friends. I forgot Marcel and Cami hooked up, I don't like it. Marcel, you tried to fight Klaus, it didn't work, and now you want to try again? When you have no weapon? Moron. Like I mentioned in the first part that I love Marcel and I do, but he's just being dumb. Because you now have to face Klaus and Elijah. Moron. Elijah's calm nature makes his fury far more terrifying than Klaus. Also, love when Elijah's just goes entirely, no nonsense. What makes Monique being mean to Davina even worse is that before the harvest, they were best friends.
