I've tried everything, including asking ChatGPT for help, which made it worse. I'm currently using VMware version 17.5.2, and I'm trying to install and use it on Debian (Trixie) kernel 6.9.8. I've tried versions 17.5.0 and 17.5.1 (the most recent available in the repository), but neither worked. When I use "make", I get some errors that I think are due to a lack of code compatibility. I couldn't find a way to get out of it. Broadcom doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I've had a lot of other issues with it. Their website is pretty shitty too. The account data isn't always saved, and it often doesn't allow you to log in to your account even if everything is correct.. When I create a new account and try to log in, the website seems to think there's no account created. I've already changed the password for my other old accounts several times, and even if I copy and paste the new password, I still get a different error message. Every time I have to download VMware, I have to create a new account and try to log in like an idiot until they block the account or finally let me in. The same errors don't always occur, or sometimes some of the accounts work and other days they don't. Bizarre. I read about the same complaints in some posts on reddit. To be honest, I'm going to try to get used to other software because this one is build to make us look like idiots. And yea, I used update and upgrade, in fact this is the third clean and up-to-date installation I've done on this Debian machine. Error logs are in the reply session to this comment

This DOES NOT show how install the cuda toolkit, only the nvidia Driver, the cuda driver and the cuda toolkit are different things, and this video won't help you if you need to set up a machine for AI development

Sorry, but when installing XP.qcow2 on my M1 UTM it stops with „no bootable device...“!? All conversions from .vdi to .img to .qcow2 seem to work perfectly. Installation on UTM fails!

i got it to work using google 'app passwords'. google help said when u change your pwd, your app pwd becomes invalid. i created one for macmail and used it creating a new sysprefs-internetaccts-addotheracct w my gmail email&apppwd that created an imap gmail acct. weird!
