We are Cat & Kevin, Bailey & Lilly (the pups).
Keep up to date with our travel adventures on our blog too!

We downsized from our 1,600 sq ft traditional home, to live in our 32’ Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer (approx. 250 sqr ft). We wanted a life of travel and exploration on the open road, so we chose to ‘live more with less'.
Ride along with us as we discover small towns and big cities, National Parks, and remote wilderness all while meeting amazing people along the way.
On our TH-cam channel, we share our real lives! The ups and downs, pros and cons, and tips and tricks of living ‘full time’ on the road in a tiny home; along with all the amazing and maybe even the not-so-amazing places we visit.
If you see us on the road, be sure to say ‘Hi’.

One Day in New Orleans
In this week's video, we share our day in New Orleans. We had just one day to explore the French Quarter in New Orleans and it didn't disappoint. We ate far too many beignets, visited the 1850's house, and the Cathedral, and walked the amazing French Quarter.
We parked using the Spot Hero parking app to find a spot - so much easier.

We had so much fun in New Orleans this year. And, Cafe Du' Monde was amazing!!
I was so surprised by the chicory coffee and the beignets were delicious
You guys found a beautiful spot to boondock!❤❤❤
It really is!
Someone should tell Dan Cummins /BadMagicProductions about this
Thanks for watching
Love this!❤❤❤
We had fun there didn’t we
@@WhereTheyWander22 we always have a fun time with you two!❤️
Bird looks like a chickadee.
Ooh OK thanks
Very cool thank you for sharing 👍
Glad you enjoyed it 💕
@@WhereTheyWander22 I plan to do this hike very soon 👍
Our son use to live on Sesame Street in Tempe. We would sing this song every time we went to visit him.😂
LOL. We would totally do that
Oh geez! It looks beautiful though. Cold but beautiful.❤
It was a blizzard! 🥶 gorgeous later in the day though.
Great time with great people!
For sure
Yummm
It was!
Ramrod biscuits! Were they filled with butter or jelly?
We filled them with chocolate squares, strawberry and mixed berry pie filling. Amazing.
Oh my gosh we are laughing hysterically here over Robert's picture! And I look like I'm about to whack someone with my stick!😂😂😂 We had so much fun making these with you guys.❤❤❤
@MooreToLifeOutdoors you both look amazing!!! 😻
@flreed41 we filled them with chocolate, pie filling, and whipped cream.
Hello! Enjoyed your video. I have a 2017 Tundra and looking to full time in the 2670mk. What WDH do you use?
Hi. Thanks for watching. We use the Husky Center Line TS Weight Distribution Hitch - 2-5/16" Ball - 8,000lbs (32217). We recommend taking your set up to a professional trailer/hitch shop. This is what we did.
huh
It’s an American thing.
This is so gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. 😃
So happy you enjoyed it 💕
Awesome! Thank you! I’ll be there later this week!
Great! Let’s us know how you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
@@WhereTheyWander22 so far so good! It’s beautiful here! So quiet and peaceful compared the Bay Area/Big Cities. ❤️
Wonderful!!!
Oh gosh! Traveling sure doesn't always go as planned.
It sure doesn’t. We were glad we stuck around for a few hours and eventually saw the stunning lake.
Did You guys just install 2 X Factor Cross members? I know the front one plumbing has to be moved and honestly seems like more trouble than Its worth. How is the X Factor and sumo springs working out for you? Thanks
We did at this point. Just recently added the third; after rerouting the plumbing! With our upgraded leaf springs etc we felt it was totally worth it. The sumo springs are quite possibly the best upgrade we’ve done to the rig! Night and day when being passed by a big rig. Thanks for watching.
Next Saturday I’m planning to do momyer to San G ….. first time momyer 🎉🎉🎉🎉 thank you for the idea of my next adventure ☀️
Awesome!! We want to have an update. We absolutely love our mountains. No matter where we travel, our mountains always call us home.
It’s even more beautiful than you could’ve ever imagined. You could easily google how that lake looks on a clear, sunny day. But you had the luck, honor, and pride of seeing it from such a foggy, unique and breathtaking experience you’ll always appreciate.
We did! We also went back and managed to see it when the skies cleared for an hour or so.
@@WhereTheyWander22 my family loves to travel and hike. These types of experiences are the legacy we leave for our children. I know my son will appreciate all of our camping trips
Love the effort, but please don’t use that stupid dead sound. Keep up the hard work.
Thanks for watching
My cat's name is Kevin.
LOL. It’s a good strong name 😂
Poor choice of music very distracting
Thanks for watching.
The cavern is so beautiful and photos don’t even come close to capturing the beauty. I was amazed when I visited the cavern last year. Thanks for sharing
So glad we could share it with you. You’re right, the camera just couldn’t capture the sheer size and magnificence of it all.
Literally the minute you said grand design imagine one drove by behind us 😂😂
😂😂😂
Demali. Alaska
Oooh I wish
Yeaaaaaaaaa 😅❤
💕💕
Gen x don't lie down ..we just waiting ..timing is important
Indeed 😂
Right there with you. I forget I'm almost 50 till people point out how long ago 1975 really was in the most rediculous ways... Like historical facts...from their school books. 😢
LOL. This is hilarious. 😆
When you drove up the main road of Oatman, we instantly got Radiator Springs vibes from the movie Cars.
Oooh maybe it’s based on Oatman!!
The bike trail looks beautiful. Having an electric bike sounds better than a regular bike in that heat.
It’s one of the best bike paths we’ve done across the country. Electric bikes are awesome
I live in the town where this castle is!
Oh my goodness. We absolutely love that area. Lucky you!!
Lol
Thanks for watching
😅😂😂😂😂😂
It’s funny because it’s true 😂💕
Beautiful and historic 😍
And such a surprise in Owen’s Valley
I first visited Palm Springs in July 1994. Got there (La Quinta Resort) around 2am so I've never seen it during day time. I walked out of my casita the next morning and vividly remember 2 things. First of all I being from Michigan I had never seen a mountain or a palm tree before. I walked out and the view of the Santa Rosa mountains and the palm trees made me gasp. I was awe struck and instantly fell in love with it. The 2nd thing was "Holy buckets it's hot and its only 7am. I was a golf pro and moved there in the late 90s and stayed around 5 years. I fell in love with the desert. It may sound crazy but it almost feels like it speaks to me. just makes me feel alive and at peace. Going to be there July 3rd for around 9 days, and I can't wait. So when I moved to Palm Springs 2 days later the Hector Mine quake hit. First earthquake ever. Then didn't get back there after i moved home. So 2019 (20 years since first) I'm in the Springs for 4th of July week and bam the Ridgecrest quake hit. So I may be too fat to be west of the San Andreas fault. Have a fun hike in my favorite place in the world. ✌️
We love hearing stories like this. Palm Springs is one of our favorite winter hiking spots.
The Gorge 😍, One of the coolest drives.
Couldn't agree more! Apart from this bridge 😂
Going there for the first time next week. So looking forward to it.
Oooh have a blast - we certainly did
😍 love it!
Us too. It was such a classic.
Correction! This camp is $14 a night. Thanks to @erin.also for letting us know. This is what happens when old people makes reels from memory 🙄
How cool is that!❤
It made Cat smile
You guys seem like a lot of fun! You have really "grabbed the bull by the horns", as my grandmother would say...which means, you addressed all the shortcomings without hesitation! Bravo! New subscriber!
Thank you! And welcome
Where is this
Thanks for watching. This is Owens valley in California.
How did you do that???
Magic!
That's really cool!😊
Thanks guys
Ive been there
Isn’t it awesome?!
Yes it's awesome
@@WhereTheyWander22 yes
You ever hike to Quartz Butte Joshua Tree? Quartz Boulders it's was amazing in a 1978 desert exploring camp & hike! Cheers fellow Hikers 😃🥾
I don’t think we ever have. We’ll add it to our list. Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.
My favorite song
Glad we could play it for you 💕
And people wonder why the free stuff is going away. Here is an example
Exactly! Thinking the best of them and assuming they forgot it. 😳
I feel so lucky. We are paying $4.29 at Casino Morongo.
That’s where we usually stop but we were on our way to the Mojave National Preserve.
@WhereTheyWander22 when we are traveling between the 4 states are go to stations are in Cabazon , Yucca Valley and 29 palms before heading towards the Preserve. We may get a splash at State line, but usually we can get to Mesquite Nv from 29 Palms when headed to Utah
Bravo, i love her ❤
Thank you 💕
